Great value. Like the description, a simple apt... Next to a bakery, warm and tasty bread. The only thing left to be desired is the staircase, and the garage that is well inclined, we prefer to leave the car out. Joseilma always responds fast. E Socorro, the person who cleanses, very attentive and helpful, apt was very clean when we arrived. We will return yes, a next chance!!

Incredibly quiet, clean, comfortable and ventilated place. Great for those who will participate in events at UEPB and UFCG, as it is very close to the universities. I was very well received and I hope to be able to return more often.

We spent two nights in Cleber's apartment to enjoy St. John's. We were four and everything went well. The apartment is comfortable.

Big apartment, great accommodation, clean environment. Otávio and his sister Suely were very helpful and flexible. We loved our stay. I recommend the apartment

All well as agreed, the accommodation, is well located in front of the people's courtyard, close to the old dam. One detail is that the name Emporio is not visible and the gps says q is left and is actually the right. All quietly met our expectation. We will go again

Kelly is a great host, when we arrived the apartment was already clean and available. It's a family building and we can rest peacefully. The gatekeepers of the night-time building (Paulo and Alexandre) were also very helpful. I hope to return next year to enjoy again São João.

Apartamento de Patricia clean and organized, it is a little away from the Parque do Povo, (4km) needing uber to go and go back, but there is plenty of uber offer, Patricia is a love, super attentive and helpful, responds quickly to msg. Super recommend....

Very well structured apartment, with: covered garage, kitchen( with stove, cutlery and minibar), a bedroom with a double bed and another space with 4 single beds. The owner was very attentive and served us very well!
