Beachfront vacation rentals in Lagoa

Good accommodation especially for children but rather in spring summer autumn ,) Without a car rather isolated on campus ... in general Portugal has to think about this - how it could be bike friendly Even with the food - restaurants in the area, the typical Portuguese cuisine is missing - yes, pizza hamburgers, etc., you can't find that. There was enough sun, but somehow I couldn't find the heart of Portugal - maybe my mistake or the global just takes over and overflows the Portuguese Agradeço

Good location. Walking distance to the sea to the beach and shops. Quiet. Well equipped apartment. Recommended.

Our second stay in the Vila Gaivota complex. The location is perfect if like us, travelling with a car (and a dog). Just a few minutes from the beaches and beautiful walks along the cliff tops. Only 40 mins walk into Ferragudo via a few lovely beaches. Sylvie’s house was perfect for us. Clean and tidy and all amenities we needed. Neighbours were home too but they were quiet and friendly. A great winter break and perfect base to escape the UK weather for a few weeks. Would recommend and happily stay again. Thank you Sylvie.

It was what we expected, since being in the center of the Algarve, we were able to move in both directions and visit almost everything.

We had a great week, the accommodation was as the photos, clean, cozy, modern, everything you need to spend a few days on vacation, the area is very quiet and beautiful and Maria was super friendly, she always responded very quickly, TOP 10 for the Accommodation and for Maria, 100% recommended

Teresa is one of the best Airbnb host I have come across over the years. She has been very proactive, giving great recommendations from the time we made the booking. She went above and beyond. Great location right on the beach. We will go back in there!

It was wonderful with Aline and Miguel! The Airbnb had a mega view We were immediately in love, 😍 the rooms are all individually accessible from the outside, which was no problem at all with the nice weather. Very nice and cozy furnishings. Some restaurants and tourist spots were within walking distance. But a rental car was already required! We had everything we needed. This property is highly recommended. Food under the olive trees was fantastically beautiful!! We had a very, very nice stay!

We had an amazing stay at Quinta Albandeira. Cecilia made sure our stay was comfortable and amazing. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and has views that can't be beat. The house is large enough for a big family or two families to stay together. It's without a doubt one of the best places we've ever stayed at.

We travelled as a group of 4 adults & 4 children. Carla helpfully organised airport transfers & a shop so we could prepare a dinner on our first night. The villa was really clean, it's in a quiet area and is not overlooked. 20mins walk/5min taxi to town/beach. Closest supermarket -8 min taxi away. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage. The master bedroom has wonderful ocean views & a terrace which was great for stargazing. The kitchen's well stocked with appliances from a sandwich toaster to a salad spinner! The communal areas had enough seating & places for individuals to find a bit of personal space. Great ping pong table too! Plenty of shade around the pool from umbrellas & awnings. The pool area could probably do with a repaint to freshen it up. The pool is large, shallow end is 1.5M & deep end is 2.4M. If small children can't swim you'll need floats. Carla was great, quickly resolving issues & giving good recommendations. We would go back!

Great location! It's perfect for a family. It's big, clean and comfortable and has all the amenities you need.

Lovely house for a temporary "home". It doesn't feel like a vacation home but like a ‘vacation home’. Spacious, with all comforts and a great view. Lots of attention to detail.

We had a w Sergio stay. Any questions were responded to immediately. Recommendations given for dining out. A welcome package when we arrived as we arrived late to get to the Intermarché. Lovely couple we will def be back thank you for all your care

Fantastic location! We hired a car which was great to get from the airport & to go to the supermarket but other than that we enjoyed the walks to nearby beaches along the cliff paths & used local Ubers the evenings we ventured out to nearby restaurants. Really lovely apt in a great location suited us & our 9 year old though the pool was cold when she insisted we went in! but to be expected as it is November! 😆 Pedro very helpful & his housekeeper Claudia 👍 We will definitely visit again !

We had a wonderful week at Claudia’s apartment. Breakfast on the pool side balcony and the evening on the sea side balcony. A manageable 10 minute walk down the hill to the beach and village shops. Swimming in the pool each afternoon. We ate at the local restaurants in the evening ,just a two minute walk away. Claudia’s apartment was in a private and quiet area. Away from the crowds which we preferred. We were two couples and having two bathrooms was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lounge was very comfortable. Appreciated the bottle of wine gift. Thankyou .

Great Villa just off the Main Street of carvoeiro (restaurant hill as it’s known). Clean and had all we needed. Nice pool area too with well maintained garden area.

Great appartment. Very spacious and the roof terrace is an ideal place to relax. Close to the beach and a parking space in front.

Pedro was an excellent host. There was a small issue related to the cleaner and he got right back to us. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and steps from the beach. The only thing I would mention is that there is a noticeable mildew smell in the apartment as soon as you walk in. It was ok for our group, but if you have asthma it might be a problem. Maybe it was just the time of year we were there (late fall), it could be less of a problem during the hot, dry summer.

Filipa’s place is absolutely incredible. The view of the ocean is outstanding. The home was much more spacious than we were expecting. The yard and garden were beautiful. Filipa is an excellent and responsive host. She gave us recommendations and there was no shortage of fantastic restaurants within walking distance (special shouts out to the following restaurants: Gurkha kitchen, Earth, and Etxea). We would love to stay here again.

Rachel’s home is a hidden gem in Carvoeiro - cozy yet grand, tucked away from the hubbub, but walkable to the town, the beach and the ‘boardwalk’. The house itself has the most amazing views over the Atlantic, and is beautifully appointed. Though we didn’t use the giant tub, the rain shower was fantastic and we loved the light that poured through the house. As the temperatures dipped outside in the evenings, we made fires in the fireplace (doesn’t get better than that!) while we sipped wine and nibbled on cheese bought from the grocery at the bottom of the hill. The restaurant across the street was amazing (upscale/delicious food) and we took Rachel’s advice for breakfasts in the mornings. All in all, we felt blessed to be able to call this our home, if only for a few days. Last but not least…Rachel could not have been a more gracious and helpful host!

We enjoyed this spot so much that we stayed an extra night. I wish we stayed longer so we could utilize the pool and terrace and other spaces even more. The kitchen is so well stocked with equipment, and the host provides small snacks and beverages upon arrival which was a generous touch. The cottage is home-y and the location is amazing.

Our stay was wonderful, the townhouse is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot, yet so close to town! The hot tub was great in the evenings. It was super clean and has beautiful Portuguese charm. The space is large and private, it is nice to park your car right at the door to bring luggage in. Communication and recommendations were good. We would definitely stay again when in the beautiful Algarve! Thanks, Mia

We had a wonderful stay: fantastic location, great beds, kitchen more than fully equiped, contact with owner and caretaker was perfect. Gorgeous beaches around the corner, great restaurants everywhere and plenty to see and do. Spacious enough for six. English books avalable and pool table for some fun and laughter. Beach towels and beach chairs were very handy. As well as the beach toys. Would definitely recommend; you won’t be disappointed.
