Beachfront vacation rentals in Lagoa

Harald is an extremely friendly and helpful host. The property itself offers plenty of space and a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is well equipped and clean. We traveled with a toddler and had both a baby bed and a high chair available. The location directly on the coast allows you to reach numerous beaches on foot or by car. We had a lovely stay.

Good accommodation especially for children but rather in the spring, summer, fall ,) Without a car, it's rather isolated on campus … in general, Portugal has to think about how to become more bicycle-friendly Also with the food - restaurants in the area, the typical Portuguese cuisine is missed - yes yes pizza, hamburgers etc. can be found but that can't be it There was plenty of sun, but somehow I couldn't find the heart of Portugal - maybe my mistake or the global just takes over and rolls over the Portuguese Agradeço

Good location. Walking distance to the sea to the beach and shops. Quiet. Well equipped apartment. Recommended.

We had a great stay at Sylvie's house, which is very well equipped and comfortable. Sylvie is super friendly and responds quickly to queries. We had our dog with us and loved the fact that we could access a lovely walk straight from the property which leads to the lighthouse and coastal path from where there are spectacular views. The only downside for us was that the nearest beach does not allow dogs even out of the main season. It is a little way out of the main area of Ferragudo but this was not a problem as there were plenty of parking opportunities. Only an 8 minute drive to 2 main supermarkets so easy to stock up with supplies. We would definitely come back again next time we are in the area.

Our family had a great time at Villa Miramar. The location was great with restaurants nearby and a beautiful walk along the coast to the town and beach. We enjoyed the pool and having BBQs in the evening. Fabio was extremely helpful and communicative throughout our stay. I would definitely go there again !!

It was what we expected, since being in the center of the Algarve, we were able to move in both directions and visit almost everything.

Teresa's condo is all about the location. Right outside, next to the property, you can access the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail which is one of the best trails in Europe, along the limestone cliffs. You can see how the architect of Teresa's building took the limestone caves as inspiration for the building. Teresa's condo is on the perfect floor for the best view of the cliffs, ocean and sunset. since the owners use their condo too, this means that it has every amenity you can think of for your vacation including games for kids, cooking implements, pots, lots of cooking pots and pans, air fryer, microwave, convection oven, beach towels, umbrella, etc. While our visit in March was too cold and rainy for sitting out on the balcony for meals, it would be perfect from April onwards. Teresa left us a very generous care package including lemons and eggs from her farm. There are some major ongoing renovations of all landscaping, pool, walkways, etc which should be beautiful for this summer.

Antonio’s place was perfect (truly) - Great location to explore the region - Great ocean view - Great communication - Great cleanliness

The apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated, and was immaculate. It was extremely well equipped. The roof terrace was great and it was amazing to have the use of the pool area - we had it to ourselves all week! It was even closer to the beach and town than we had expected - we ate out every lunchtime and dinnertime and it was good to be able to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I had a very comfortable five night stay at Pedro’s place. The unit was cozy, spacious, and well equipped. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, water, and oranges. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the terrace with a view of the sea. Though there was also a lovely shared pool, we didn’t make use of it. A highlight for us was the spectacular nearby coastal walking path, and the small local beach. It was handy to have a rented car to explore the area and to buy groceries. We did a day trip to Tavira and drove to nearby Carvoeiro for dinner a couple of times. I would definitely recommend Pedro’s place.

We had a wonderful week at Claudia’s apartment. Breakfast on the pool side balcony and the evening on the sea side balcony. A manageable 10 minute walk down the hill to the beach and village shops. Swimming in the pool each afternoon. We ate at the local restaurants in the evening ,just a two minute walk away. Claudia’s apartment was in a private and quiet area. Away from the crowds which we preferred. We were two couples and having two bathrooms was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lounge was very comfortable. Appreciated the bottle of wine gift. Thankyou .

The house was beautiful and the surroundings were quit and private. Carla was easy to communicate with before the stay and Isabel was very helpful and quick to reply during the stay. All in all I have nothing to complain about:)

This was a very comfortable villa , steps from a communal pool and a few more steps to the prettiest beach. The villa is spacious and comfortable- the roof terrace has spectacular sea views and views of the surrounding area. A bottle of wine, a bottle of water, cooking oil, salt and a few tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine were gratefully received. Supermarkets within easy reach walking so no problems stocking up on charcoal for the bbq etc

Great Villa just off the Main Street of carvoeiro (restaurant hill as it’s known). Clean and had all we needed. Nice pool area too with well maintained garden area.

Great location , beautiful home, liked the private beach and pool was very large and clean. Had a pool side restaurant which was bonus. We would definitely return to this home …each room had its own character and views were 5 star … great memories thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at Filipa’s house. The house is perfectly located with wonderful ocean views right on top of the cliff side and also just a short five minute walk to countless shops and restaurants It is right in the heart of town. The space was very clean. Filipa was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. We would love to go back.

My family visited Porches as guests and came back with a family. This place was above and beyond our expectations, and so were our lovely hosts. We can’t say enough good things about Rosa and her family. We came and loved our stay throughout and when one of my family members got sick, Rosa went out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of. It truly felt like a home away from home and I would fly back to Porches just for this place! The pictures don’t do it enough justice. We will definitely be back - for the place & the company!!

Amazing location & a perfect airbnb for a getaway! Peaceful and perfectly stocked. Decor is a ten+….ocean views, sunsets, gardens, walkable…an Algarve gem! We hope to return without looking for another option as this is perfect!

Lovely place! Really good location. Close to the beach, restaurants but very quiet and peacfull. Great view on the river and fishetboats. Everything you can think of is present in kitchen, bathroom etc. Good host, easy check in. We loved it and will definitely be back in this beautiful house in lovely Ferragudo.

Andi is an amazing host. He was extremely helpful, kind and was patient with all of my husbands questions. The location was perfect. We could easily walk to the beach - which was beautiful!!!! And was walking distance to the town. The property also has its own pool!! The outdoor space was quite lovely. We loved just hanging outside.

Our stay was wonderful, the townhouse is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot, yet so close to town! The hot tub was great in the evenings. It was super clean and has beautiful Portuguese charm. The space is large and private, it is nice to park your car right at the door to bring luggage in. Communication and recommendations were good. We would definitely stay again when in the beautiful Algarve! Thanks, Mia
