Vacation rentals in Lago di San Ruffino

We found this property by chance and we were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really great Host, upon our arrival we arrived and gave us all the necessary information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, everything completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and bathing structure included surely makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition to these great strengths, the centrality of the apartment is really convenient to everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking maximum 5 minutes away, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the village center. A really great solution. Highly recommended

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

A stunning location, incredibly peaceful with easy access to Mogliano and surrounding villages. The apartment was perfect, plenty of space, two huge bedrooms, air con, good shower, kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and very much needed on the hotter days. Few other guests around but never felt crowded. Kirsty and James are the most amazing hosts, always happy to help and answer any questions…no matter how small. Kindly helped organise a Saturday night taxi and made dinner reservations for us too. We hope to return!

Structure located in a quiet area outside the village. Surroundings and views of the hills are beautiful. The apartment has all the comforts and tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need (crockery, coffee/tea maker...). Beautiful garden and pool complete this beautiful location. The host was always very courteous, attentive and helpful. Super recommended

The listing matches the description in a single, well-organized and well-organized environment The terrace is spacious from which you can enjoy a nice view with the possibility of taking advantage of a heated pool. in front of the apartment there is a small forest and a beach, everything is very convenient and appreciated for those like us who travel with a dog. From the Residence there is a pedestrian cycle to reach the center and beyond We had some technical problems and Alessia was responsive and efficient Thank you, it was a pleasant stay

We had an amazing time staying in Nereto. It’s a small and quiet town with a friendly atmosphere. There are many nice cafes and you can take beautiful walks up the hills. We didn’t have a car but it was easy to get to other towns by bus and Luciano also offered to give us a ride many times. He’s hospitality really made this an authentic italian experience. He made it easy to discover the town and showed us many recipes for italian food. He always replied fast and helped us whenever we had a problem. We will definitely come back and keep in touch with our wonderful host! Linn & Anna

We had a wonderful week here in early September - the place is just as lovely as its listing and a particular highlight was the pool: the perfect size for early morning laps! The surroundings are peaceful and Andreea was always quick to respond to any questions. We went to the private beach club most days (having beach towels provided is an added bonus if travelling with Ryanair!) which was a ten-minute drive with easy parking, and the apartment's location is ideal for visiting the pretty hilltop towns nearby if the weather isn't great. (Highly recommend visiting Ascoli Piceno on a Saturday with its small antiques market then venturing further to the waterfall in Castel Torsino.) Do book Agriturismo Sant'Angelo, which is just a short drive from the house, and be prepared for ten delicious courses! A great stay:)

Staying with Rossella and Stefano is like feeling at home. Two wonderful people, ready to welcome you with wine and local oil as a welcome. Discuss but immediately ready to respond and help with tips on what to visit. Their home is strategically perfect and 30 minutes from Gran Sasso or the sea. Just choose what to visit! Supermarkets and restaurants are not missing in the little Garrufo if you want to spend just a few days in the countryside. Also, as a super plus, the hosts are super dog friendly and our canetti friends had a lot of fun. Plus even if not used: The property also has all the comforts such as shower handles, low sink, comfortable entrance, if you have a person with a disability. Really good. You'll stay in our hearts.
