Apartment vacation rentals in Lafayette

This is my second time staying with Jeff. I’ve booked for two more stays as well. It’s a great place at great cost! Everything was clean and warm. Minutes from Purdue University. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Look forward to our future stays!

Stayed here for GenCon. Relatively quick and easy access via Uber to the con. Walkable to a few cool local bars and an early open and good coffee place. All essential for me. Functional space for two people and really comfortable social space. Clinton was friendly and helpful.

Overall great experience. The place was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Welcome snacks like cookies, chips, coffee and bottled water were so nice after a long day. The neighborhood felt safe and the owners immediately answered their phone the one time we needed to contact them. Great value and highly recommended.

Phil is a great host. He gave clear instructions to access the apartment and was quick to respond to our questions. The location is perfect for many of the downtown Indy venues. Many were within easy walking distance or a short drive away. On-street parking was quite easy so be sure to download the ParkMobile app ahead of time. Parking garages are readily available if you can't find on-street parking. Highly recommend Phil and this location.

Came on a solo trip to Indy. I was nervous that is was in a bad area, but it’s not! It’s outside of the bad area. Host communicated honestly and quickly. Host even let me check in hours early which was very helpful. The place was big for 1 person, big tub, small kitchen, and a cute balcony. I would stay here again. 5 star for place, location, and host.

Great place to stay for downtown Indy. Lots to do around the place for bars, restaurants and entertainment. Host is awesome, very responsive and helpful. Would come back again!

Our group of five had a fantastic weekend stay at Nate’s place. We were in Indiana for a graduation at Purdue and couldn’t find anything closer, but Nate’s listing was a great find. The location was ideal for our needs, with just a 30-minute drive to Purdue, which was very manageable. Nate’s home was quiet and peaceful, and the layout was perfect for our group, offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

We had a great stay in Dana. Kevin’s house is beautiful, with a private access to the apartment above his garage. It is quite secluded but easy to find. We showed up after dark but Kevin had lights lining the driveway for us to see our way. The front of the house was roaming with deer when we arrived. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated with a comfy couch and chair in the living area and antique bedroom furniture in the bedroom. The place was very clean, to the point of spotless. The bath towels were fluffy and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. During our stay we went to Parke county to see covered bridges throughout the day, visited the old mill in Bridgeton, ate at Benjamin’s in Rockville, and watched a movie at the old time movie theater The Ritz. I enjoyed my time in the area and would love to return during the bridge festival one day.

place was as described, nice and peacefu,l free of clutter ,very clean ,could have front door private parking basically and was private for the most part. good instructions from Samantha to find the driveway, to get back to the apartment

I have stayed here many times before in the past. I find the piece of heaven in a great location. It’s just right off the main strip of all of the restaurants and fast foods. Linda is a great host. Great communicator and provide anything that you need.

House is loved and lived in. Comfortable bedding. Super clean space. I would stay again!!

If you’re looking for a unique experience outside of a standard hotel room, this could be a great choice. John, the host, was very responsive and was so kind to give us a tour of this unique property. The large home is being renovated, the owner lives upstairs and does the handy work himself. The downstairs area is currently the Airbnb section with its own entry. John is an accomplished retired Purdue professor with an interesting and impressive background. We enjoyed the uniqueness and tranquility of the property and enjoyed meeting John. The teenagers enjoyed having the pool table for entertainment.

Very small but well designed for long stays. Amenities are great! We didn’t miss a lot from our home

Argest’s place was perfect for what we needed. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Which was great for 2 couples. Everything was clean. Car safely parked. I will def rebook when coming back to Indianapolis.
