Excellent private old beautiful building and grounds. Very authentic and beautiful experience. The host was responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our time at Elias’s home. Thank you for having us.

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

We had the most wonderful stay here the proximity to the pebble Beach was a highlight and the bright lights of kalamata only 15 min by car. Maria was the perfect host.

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

Stunning location! Beautiful house, pool and sea view. We had an amazing week snorkeling, swimming in the pool and looking at the amazing view.

We felt very comfortable with Kostas. Everything is as described and Kardamyli a lovely place. We also had the pleasure of welcoming the new year together with Kostas and his likeable family. We will be back!

I had an amazing time in Claudia's house! It is an entire little house with a front- and a backyard full of trees and nice plants, beautifully located, tastefully furnished, with everything one may need! The place is close to the beach, to a very nice cafe, and in walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets along the beach. There are also many hikes one can do from the house, and it's the perfect place to explore the Mani (like Areopoli, the caves of Dirou or the towers of Väthia) or more touristic places like Kardamyli. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Claudia is a wonderful host, who made me feel at home right away. I can recommend the place without any reservations and will try to return as soon as I can!

A beautiful place to stay in the mountains above Stoupa, so light and comfortable. Amazing pool, comfy sunbeds and views of moutains and sea. Such a lovely location for all 3 local villages...so many gorgeous restsurants. We hope to return again !!! Mani holidays who look after the property for Christopher were superb.

We loved our stay in Lakkos. The perfect beachside spot!

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

Natasa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Helped me with all the questions and requests I had. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spots were available in front of the house, WiFi was stable. Great location - everything is reachable by walking. Everything is as described and great value for money. Definitely can recommend!

As far as hosting and hospitality goes, Athanasia went above and beyond and nothing was too much for her. We were given some really helpful tips and recommendations, especially on where to dine. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and lent itself perfectly to our needs, which was to have a property within close proximity of local amenities, whilst benefitting from privacy and quietness. The bed is super comfy and the shower is amazing. The kitchen was generously stocked with coffee (Nespresso machine and capsules) and utensils should you decide to cater for yourselves. Athanasia's property is aptly named Serendipity! Serendipity is a perfect and leading example of what is expected from an Airbnb property! Thank you Athanasia for everything and we'd definitely stay again!

Zhenya is a very nice and attentive host. The apartment was very nice and tidy, with a great view of the surrounding neighborhood (and mountains!), and was very comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here!

Just a few too many steps to tackle before reaching the apartment, but the effort definitely worth it: the terrace offers a truly amazing view over the traditional village of Kamini, very nice and quite. The room is clean, the bad is very comfortable and the little kitchen is well furnished. Petros and Jacobs are perfect host. thanks for your kindness.

This was quite a magical stay. Especially with a family the apartment provided everything that one would need and more. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. Always ready to help and give suggestions. The property is taken care of with plenty to do for kids of all ages. It was truly a stay in paradise.

Pleasant accommodation with a large terrace overlooking the sea. Beautiful. We were greeted by Katerina's dad who is cheerful and attentive. Only small complaint: no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. Despite this small inconvenience, I would recommend this listing and would definitely stay again.

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.

A very spacious and pleasant house in a beautiful environment (the beach is just across the street). Maria and Konstantina are thoughtful hosts who have always cared about our well-being at home and whether our stay was going well. They gave us a lot of recommendations to make the most of our vacation in this beautiful place. We warmly recommend their home!

Ornella was a warm & welcoming host. The villa is breathtaking! I may have missed on the description, but as with many places in Greece, the number of stairs around the place might be burdensome for some. That being said, we would definitely go back!

A very nice apartment in a great location in Kalamata. Stauroula is kind, friendly, and speaks excellent English. We’ve had a pleasant, month-long stay here in the autumn, the flat is comfortable and practical. Our whale of a car was a bit tricky to park, since Greek parking spots tend to be on the smaller side, but having a dedicated, roofed parking spot was super nice to have! I also liked that the apartment has a very cool terrace, an awesome place to have my morning coffee in the sun. Having a bathtub is a nice extra (not many Greek apartments have one!), but it’s a bit on the slim side, I’m a fairly large fellow by Greek standards so it was a bit of a tight fit for me. ;) The internet is 8 Mbit/s at its best, we used our own instead, as that’s not very useful these days.

The house is deluxe. Very large living area. Balcony overlooking Kalmata with table for breakfast. Large terrace with covered seating area, Hollywood swing and good loungers. The pool very large, clean overlooking the sea. All rooms very clean. Beds and bathroom good. The kitchen is more than fully equipped. Nespresso, coffee maker, sandwich maker and more. All pots in very good condition. Lots of dishes so the dishwasher doesn't always run. Basic equipment with spices, coffee filters, beer, wine pizza on arrival detergent shower gels, etc. all available. Maria cares lovingly and comes with small gifts couldn't be better. The pool is cleaned daily. Bed/ towel change as desired. We have rented many houses in Greece but this was by far the best. There's just nothing negative. You definitely need a car. A Lidl can be reached in 5 minutes by car, other supermarkets in 10th beach and beach restaurant in 10 minutes.

Nikos is very accommodating, super responsive and very easy to communicate with. The place is quite comfortable, especially the comfy bed up in the loft! We will stay again for sure. Thank you Nikos! 🙏
