Was exactly as advertised, Nishio was quick to respond and helpful when needed. The house was very tidy with plenty of room for my family of 5. Finding the house and checking in was straight forward with nisho providing clear instructions. 5min walk from beach 10min drive to restaurants Nishos place was well worth the stay.

Perfect house on Phillip Island for our family catch up - plenty of beds, couches were comfy, nice big BBQ and plenty of room for the dogs. Nice quiet area. Kylie and Matt very easy to communicate with. Thanks for having us! Highly recommend.

wonderful place to stay

Kaye is one of the fastest and nicest hosts we have ever dealt with. Her home is fantastic and homely , great for families and fur baby holidays, great backyard for our dogs! Very comfortable house and beds, and all the extras Kaye puts in, Fresh bread, juice, milk, marg , coffee machine , and cupboard full of kitchen accessories and supplies was such a lovely and appreciated touch. There was a cot, highchair and toy boxes inside and out if traveling with young children , cricket set, balls etc, and a pool table for older kids. Will definitely go back to Kayes

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

Fabulous apartment, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Roo top pool is great. We loved the touch of the wine you can purchase. Location is excellent with an amazing view of the city skyline. Lots to do within walking distance and easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants. Really great hosts. Can't recommend it highly enough.

great little spot to stay, it's in the end of a court so very quiet and no traffic, short uber ride to anything you need, the house has been renovated inside beautifully and is very spacious and comfortable.
