Great stay at Virginia's! Everything was perfect, whether it was the welcome, the house: very clean and very warm (the stove is very appreciated). We would definitely recommend this place.

Virginie's place is beautiful and comfortable, quiet and private. She is a collector of beautiful things and it was a pleasure to be surrounded by them. The beds are comfortable and the linens high quality. On arrival Virginie greeted us with a bottle of wine and things to enjoy it with plus items we would have had to get for breakfast...coffee, milk, eggs, fruit etc. She couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. She had lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was available when we needed her and otherwise left us to enjoy the place on our own. Bordeaux is a beautiful city with lots to do. While the house is not in Bordeaux, the nearby trams and busses allow incredibly quick and easy access to everything Bordeaux. There is an express supermarket on your very short walk to the tram. Bigger Markets are walking distance. We loved this beautiful house and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is very functional and very comfortable with a half-vintage half-street decor. Being a fan of the doc Exit throught the gift shop, we loved it! As for the large terrace with tropical elegance, it invites you to read the wide choice of graphic novels and beautiful books on offer… The garden mixes local flora and diverse plantations, some of which are edible. Beaches are accessible by nearby bike paths. In short, a very original address that we recommend.

Line and her husband are very welcoming and pleasant, and the house is no less so. The house is full of charm with its torchis walls and very pleasant to stay in. It is very well equipped and everything you need (utensils, dishes, etc.) is available. The pool is very nice to spend the afternoon splashing around, without sunburning if you forget the sunscreen, it is shaded for part of the afternoon. The chickens offer a friendly company (and will gladly accept leftover food) and the vegetable garden is superb. In fact, I thank Line for the chives we took there without which the sauce for our potatoes in the embers of the barbecue would have been much worse. The location is ideal to be in peace and rest away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is very pleasant to drink your coffee in the morning by the pool or on the terrace in front, in a quiet area.

Really adorable host who took good care of welcoming us and took it to heart that we were comfortable! Perfectly embodies the original idea of the service which is to offer visitors passing through its own home. We feel that we are invited to the home of a person who has lived there and whose decoration is a testament to their tastes and personalities, not a standardized place like a lifeless and historyless hotel. We will come back because it's on authentic people like them that we can trust!

Beautiful little house with lots of art, plants, birds - like paradise! Normally, Lucie is living in the house, but during summer they move next door and offer their lovely home to visitors. We felt like home and better. Well equipped with verything you need for living. Easy communication, super friendly and taking care. Enough parking lots in the street. We would love to return! Merci beaucoup!!

We had a great weekend in Bordeaux at Gisèle's apartment. This one was clean, very bright, quiet in the middle of Bordeaux. Gisèle is a very friendly and considerate host, she welcomed us super well and gave us a lot of recommendations of things to visit /good places. We would stay here again for a few days if we come back to the area!

Virginie’s apartment is in a great location, walkable to lots of restaurants and shops, close to a tram stop and next to a large public park. The apartment has a lot of character & charm and Virginie was super easy to communicate with and always willing to answer questions and help us out.

A warm welcome for a very cosi place to stay. I recommend it!

Great stay! Quiet bedroom in a popular area. We opened the bedroom window at night for the spring air and it was surprisingly quiet (minus the rain). Lovely space. Drying rack for clothes. Amazing area!
