We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is spacious & comfortable. It was very tidy on arrival and the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The complex itself is also very tidy. The pool area is beautiful. We particularly enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks on the terrace, easy access to the beach and the marina bars/restaurants. Altea old town and the lighthouse walk at Albir are worth visiting.

Everything was just like the photos, the house was very clean and tidy . Overlooking from the balcony to the Mediterranean Sea. Everything's perfect as I expected. The kitchen is complete and comfortable. On arrival I contacted the owner and they were already waiting for us to give us the keys at all. I don't have any complaints about anything. great stay.

We stayed here for 10 nights, during a climbing trip to the area. The apartment was a great base, and had everything we needed. Concepcion was very responsive to messages, and the check in and out was very straightforward. We would definitely stay again :)

Thanks for a lovely stay! Exactly as described and beautifully decorated to feel like home. Had everything we needed and more. Greg was a star, letting us in early to fit with our arrival time. And the gifts on arrival (snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine) were extremely kind. Thanks again

Maria was incredibly helpful, she answered almoust immediatly on my questions, very flexibil. We had an accident with broken glass of the door to balkony, she solved the problem during few hours, I had to do nothing with it. I was so grateful for it! The location of the apartment is ideal, in first line of the beach, not far from supermarket,bike rental, restaurants..I really appreciated possibility to use chairs and parasol to the beach. The apartment had everything what a family could need for an perfect stay by the beach and see. Thank you, Maria!

I’ll definitely be back. My only very minor issue was the neighbors upstairs like to play music fairly loud on the weekends, but only in the mid mornings and not for prolonged periods. Also, there is construction in the building on weekdays but it’s a unit being renovated….neither were a big deal and certainly neither were in Inaki’s control. I will supine back. Sensational location, spotless, love the views, Ashely was awesome. Loved it!

Loved our stay! Roxana is a lovely host, and kept in touch. As the weather changed a little, she wanted to provide us with extra heaters/blankets. We stayed for over 1 month and couldn’t be happier with the location. Close to all amenities, beaches, supermarkets. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic holiday, the Villa was amazing with everything we needed and more. The location is perfect, a 7 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would definitely return.

A great stay. Ika is always available and attentive. There were two of us and a small Dog The outdoor space is spacious. The house is next to the beach. Very clean, with all amenities and a walk from the village. We only need a small door on the garden fence, although there is no danger since the development is closed.

I was delighted when entering this perfectly placed wee Casa. It immediately felt like a home from home. The location is absolutely magical. It is a great place to start exploring the area if you are new to the region and are visiting Xàbia for the very first time. I found Cristobal to be absolutely delightful and extremely warm and friendly. I also found him to be helpful, reassuring and kind. The welcome was great and I was pleased to experience real Spanish hospitality. I definitely found peace whilst staying in this stylish little villa and I would certainly recommend a stay with Cristobal as the host. The house was spotless and the decor was tasteful too. This property has bags of style and the comfortable sofa was heavenly. A first rate experience for two and also for a solo traveler. I couldn’t ask for more as the amenities provided enough for a short stay. Thank you Cristobal. Muchos Gracias. Hasta luego!

Loved my stay here. Locations is great, within seconds of the beach, shops and restaurants so you have all you need on the doorstep. Stayed for a few weeks and would definitely see it as my second home in Spain now! Communication from Raul was excellent from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend!

A great stay in Altea, Jorge was very attentive to our needs. We required accommodation with limited steps. Jorge provided useful information on how to navigate around the complex. The apartment itself was bright and clean. Everything as per photos on advert. The facilities were also excellent with on site. Gym, pool and private beach. An excellent stay overall.

Very nice place, we would book this apartment again anytime. Very nice view of the sea from the living room and the terrace. The only thing you can hear is the sound of the waves. The apartment is very tastefully and modernly furnished, but not as big as it comes across in the photos. Perfect for 2 people, but for 6 people I would definitely not recommend them. A great apartment in a beautiful spot right on the beach . Literally open the garden gate and you are on the beach . The gardens were very well maintained and the pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it as I prefer to swim in the sea . Everything we needed in the apartment was there . Lots of clean towels and bedding . The kitchen was well equipped and having the washing machine was ideal ( we stayed for 5 weeks ) . The view from the balcony was amazing and the sunsets in the evening were fabulous . Vicent was an excellent host from start to finish. He came to see us a couple of days after we arrived just to check all was good and brought us some spare clean linen and towels . He also brought us a lovely bottle of wine and some beer to try . He was always very responsive and helpful . Thank you Vicent we thoroughly enjoyed our stay😊

Moraira is a fantastic place to relax, quiet and with many amazing restaurants and bars that give anybody a relaxing holiday they often need. Beautiful beaches and some amazing places like javea, Calpe, Altea, guadalest are a very short drive away. The apartment was the perfect base and perfectly situated for everything you’d want. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed and wanted. I couldn’t recommend this apartment enough for your stay. We communicated with Mark at times and he came back to us in minutes. Mark was also very proactive with places to eat and visit as he knew we were due to go to Valencia on one day and unfortunately we had to cancel this due to a huge natural weather problem in that area. Mark immediately gave us alternatives which we acted on. This was excellent. All in all, we had a great time, the apartment was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Thanks to our hosts for a great stay and all of your help
