Ivan as a host as well as the team that assists him on the site were always respectful, the place is very nice, it totally matches the description and the facilities shown in the photographs, it is a place where you can spend hours in the pool, I would definitely come back.

A very cozy house, in a very good location and very private, for lovers of the colonial style, we had a great time with the family during the Christmas season!

I want to start out by saying Gabriel was absolutely amazing. He was the one we communicated with when we needed help. Right off the bat he was understanding as we ran late getting from MX airport to Cuernavaca. We truly appreciated having someone like Gabriel there to help us. He was responsive professional & friendly. He's a big reason we hope to rebook. Every part of this house was beautiful. Truly an architectural masterpiece. We used 3 rooms in total. We slept in the master and 2nd room upstairs and found it easier to shower in the bottom bathroom. The weather in Cuernavaca was hot during our week stay so we were very glad to have the portable fans and the pool there. The balcony was a great place to relax. The washer/dryer was easy to use. Things I'd recommend bringing: Mosquito repellent and trash bags There was a lot of mosquitos during the evening There's a store nearby where you can by most essential items Thank you so much for everything, we truly enjoyed our stay!

The house is in very good condition, very suitable spaces and with all the kitchen utensils, bathroom fixtures, speaker and board games. I thank Erika for being attentive and for all her attention.

Very nice stay, clean, tidy and in a good location approximately 25 minutes from Tepoztlán or downtown Cuernavaca, 10 minutes from downtown Yautepec. Araceli was always attentive and responds quickly... I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent 👌Pool of very good size and clean, the roof of Carrizo with the water falling gives it a special touch, a large garden with many fruit trees, the kitchen with many cooking utensils, La Palapa is well equipped for cooking, the rooms are spacious and very clean, we would like to return someday 👌

The place is nicer and more practical than the photos and description. We were a group of 6 families and it was fantastic that each room had its own full bathroom. There were also two in common areas for the pool and the volleyball area. It has a fantastic palapa area with a table for 25 people and an outdoor kitchen for the bbc. The ample parking is great for the 7 cars we had. The house is a 2-minute walk from shops and restaurants. There is no 100% privacy because the person who maintains the garden and the pool lives next door, but this did not affect us at all, they were very discreet and on the contrary they were helpful when we could not find the switches or for our arrival they were very accessible. The pool had warm water, which was delightful. I definitely recommend the Quinta de Pilar, ideal for large groups and we will return if we have the opportunity!

Casa Mandarina, an amazing place, nice, clean, comfortable, in short, I felt right at home. Jorge is an excellent person, always attentive to all the details to have a safe, comfortable and fun stay. His recommendations for places to eat were 100%, the security was very friendly, everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back soon. Thanks for everything. 🫂

We were delighted to stay in this home. The amazing pool and the kitchen are beautifully equipped. Rooms all with their private and very comfortable bathrooms. Soft beds with everything you need to rest. Cleaning and maintenance of 10. It is a very quiet place but close to everything you need when leaving. Don Juan and Mrs. Olga's attention was exceptional. We'll be back for sure we'll be back.

Without a doubt, the place exceeded our expectations. My family and I really had a great time, Carlos and the support staff were always very attentive and accessible. We had an AMAZING weekend, we definitely felt at home, Yaxx's service was a 10 at all times, Nico and Sofi were super attentive at all times, we loved that everything was in order, clean and just as the listing describes, I would say that the photos fall a little short of what the property offers. Agustin's place is nice and located in a very nice and quiet subdivision. Agustin was very friendly and guided us from the check in process as well as an early checkin

Everything is fine in the house, the facilities are as described in the publication, the host is friendly and helpful at all times, just one issue with the plastic pool chairs, they are very simple and thin, a couple of incidents, but everything else is fine.

The place is very quiet, no noise was heard, it had a very nice view is very large the garden and pool. A very nice place to rest. The pool is very cold this season it does not have a heater but I guess in temperate spring summer would be in point of the pool. Agustín very kind.

We had a very fun weekend with family and dogs, the house is very spacious, clean, the kitchen is well equipped with enough and practical slab, the dining room has a very good size TV, pity that the air hockey table does not serve, the spacious bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable! The amazing outdoor areas!, we use the barbecue and the outdoor dining room is very good size, the pool warm paying the extra for the boiler but it's worth it, Ismael is always attentive to our doubts and very friendly, we will definitely return!

The house is better than what you see in the photos, controlled access provides security, the pool temperature is ideal to spend a lot of time, Betzabe and her husband are very attentive and aware of needs, a great place for vacations, very grateful for everything offered. Near the house is the square to buy everything you need. Thank you very much for everything!
