Great place, modern, clean and good layout. Extra toilet. Supermarket within walking distance and enough place to park safely. Very nice area that is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Late check in was possible and Marjen's response time was very quick. Immaculate apartment with 2 good bedrooms with good beds and air conditioning both upstairs and in the living room. It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you needed. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. Very nice apartment as well as a nice residence. Great for families. For the location the ideal is to have a vehicle to get around the big cities nearby. I would recommend it without a problem! Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness.

A well appointed apartment. As described, very close to the beach. It is in a residential area, quiet and peacefull. Easy connection with Alicante, El Campello by bus or tram. Good onsite parking. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay! Beautiful terrace with sea view! Very modern space! In a bathroom you can look directly from the street, this is suboptimal.

We really enjoyed our holiday at Annette's place. Location is excellent, if you like to spend your day's at the beach, as we did⛱️. Restaurants and supermarket are within a walking distance. Rooftop terrace is absolutely perfect for sunbathing and late nights with drinks🍹🌞.

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

Lovely ground floor apartment not far from the castle and the city centre. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The first morning we had a problem with the shower as it was starting to run cold. I contacted Teresa and she was very quick to respond. I upped the temperature on the water cylinder and all was great thereafter. I would definitely stay again if ever in Alicante!

The apartment is great, very clean, all that you need is there, close to the beach, perfect internet connection, 10/10. Also hosts are very nice, friendly and hospitable people, will definitely stay in this place again when will be back to San Juan.

This is a great place to stay. Whilst there isn't too much around it is easy enough to get to the beach, a couple of cafes, the hill behind the apartment, and the town centre (by tram). This apartment served the family (and dog) well for a pre-Christmas getaway. I would definitely recommend. Rosa María was a good host.

Great stay. Space met expectations. We experienced communication with host Nick as very pleasant. 1 tip: don't leave anything outside unattended because a lot is stolen in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, we were the victim of this. Again, as in so many places, unfortunately there is a lot of speckling around that have provided it on your belongings.

The house is as it appears in the photos. It is very close to the beach and the house is super clean. We were very comfortable and Andre was very nice. I would definitely repeat

We loved the apartment, we had privacy since it is inside a closed one, the location is excellent, the tram is coming out, the area is very quiet and familiar. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and Sandra was very kind to welcome us, it's definitely a place we recommend

Rosa is a beautiful person, adorable, who advised us from start to finish on good restaurants and different activities. The house is great, there are 2 additional floors on the ground floor and on each floor there is a terrace, as well as a large terrace downstairs, 2 bathrooms. Everything was perfect, the area is beautiful with splendid views, terraces you see the sea, sand and palm trees, it's beautiful. The area is quiet and you are less than 15 minutes from Alicante☺️ We recommend Rosa, the value for money is great and the area is so beautiful. Thank you for everything, we'll be back for sure:) Our doggie also loved it, he could get on the terraces and enjoy the sun peacefully ☀️ See you soon☺️

This apartment was immaculate in a very good location for the beach and for eating out. Estaban was really helpful and friendly too would definitely stay again

The penthouse is beautiful, with all the needs, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located a short distance from the beach. The pool just below is great for refreshing and the kids really enjoyed it. The terrace is the best! It's the thing we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, super quick and attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely repeat.

It was really great. Only that there was only one bothroom which was in the main bedroom could be a bit challenging with kids. Otherwise all really nice and clean.

Accommodation true to the photos and description, very clean and a very quiet area. The hosts were very friendly and attentive at all times. I definitely recommend it 100%!
