Quiet and welcoming place to have a good time with friends and family, the lady is very friendly and cooperative in the reception; being inside the lake is very windy, I recommend wearing a coat to not get very cold, we hope to return soon.

2nd time staying and can get over how beautiful this place is. I love coming here and thank you to David for always taking care of us.

Beautiful View and easy access to lake. We truly enjoyed our stay and close to many other tourist apart from the lake. The home is very spacious and would recommend.

I was skeptical at first because of the lack of images uploaded but once I arrived, it was absolutely breathtaking. The caregiver of the house was so welcoming and nice and he was very helpful. The pool was perfect temperature and the outside space along with the dock was cozy and private to my liking. The inside was nice and cozy with lots of privacy as well.

We were blown away by the location and views at the property. Both Andrea and the house manager were great with communication. They had jet skis brought right up to the property for us to ride on and we had a blast. They set the fire for us to have pupusas (picked up from down the road) by one night. The house was exactly as described and what was needed. It was definitely the old town feel and not modern or as up to date if you are coming from state side, but it's exactly what we expected from our research and the pictures. The drive there from San Salvador was not bad at all. Make sure to use the direction button from the airbnb app and it gets you right there. The road to the house is small, windy and has lots of cars, but not too bad. There are little stores and restaurants about 2-3 minutes drive from the house. Overall the views, the memories and the care of the property will be a life time memory for us.

Loved Karla’s place! We didn’t want to leave the only thing is we didn’t have hot water to shower. It was very cold! The pool was also very cold we couldn’t enjoy it to the max. But overall her place is beautiful and she is very friendly and responsive. I would def recommend ❤️

Matilde who received us and advised us was very friendly and attentive. The place is as detailed in the listing and the beach is accessible, very nice and quiet. Recommended.

We had a fantastic time at this location. We absolutely loved the space, and the view was breathtaking. The entrance is a bit difficult to find at night and could use some improvement. I was surprised that the rooms were separate from each other, and the kitchen and bathroom were also not connected. There is an outdoor shower, but it needs proper lighting and maybe a roof to keep your towel dry when it rains. Despite these things, we quickly adjusted to the place because we love the outdoors. You can't beat the ocean view from here! With a few upgrades, this place could be a perfect vacation spot. This was my first time in El Salvador, and I can't wait to come back to this gem! The hosts, LaAnna and Patricia, were very responsive from booking to the last day. I just wish I could have stayed longer!!! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a private and peaceful spot with an amazing view.

It was an excellent experience for me and the whole family, a quality time in a beautiful place highly recommended for its tranquility and good atmosphere in addition to its very clean and welcoming facilities, we felt at home.

A must stay. The home is huge and well maintained. The groundskeeper was a great resource, with lots of information on things to enjoy. He made sure we had a great vacation, even reassured me to relax and enjoy my stay. From jumping into the lake from the dock to enjoying sometime on the hammock life was good. My family & I look forward to booking this beautiful home in the future.

Finca Las Victorias is the perfect place to get away being close to the city, the house is beautiful, the photos fall short, the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. The couple who lives in the place are very friendly and helpful. The host with excellent communication. We hope to return.
