Pull open the sliding doors to watch the colors of the sunrise over the private pool and garden by this beautiful home. The relaxing design of this house features a sleek neutral palette in the open living and dining area with exposed beams. Beautiful house located on the east coast of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. A small paradise by the sea, with lots of charm and carefully decorated and equipped. Totally new, bright. the house has a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them in the garden), swimming pool and private gardens. Prepare to enjoy breakfast while you enjoy the colors of the sunrise and the song of the birds; even to devour that book that you left pending or if you are more of series you will love to enjoy them with the Smart TV of 65 inches with pre-installed applications. The schedule policy is flexible. However, if two guests coincide on the same day, the checkout will be at 12:00 and the check-in at 3:00 pm if there is a overlap between the schedules. The guests can dispose of the whole property, this includes the house with all its rooms, the pool area and gardens. It has Wifi and symmetrical 300 Mb fiber optic connection, USB charging connectors and Smart TV of 65 inches. Swimming Pool: 11 meters long by 4 meters wide in the form of eight. Gardens: 500 m2 of gardens for sunbathing rest and practice activities. Kitchen: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, water heater, fridge-freezer, utensils, cooking utensils, earthenware soap, scouring pads, etc. Interior bathroom:, scale, hair dryer, towel sets, shampoo-gel, spare parts of toilet paper. Outdoor bathroom: towel sets, hand soap dispenser, toilet paper refills. Laundry room: washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board, brush and dustpan, mop, various liquid products, garbage bags, cleaning cloths, etc. The guests have all the privacy they desire, being able to count with us to help them in any aspect that they need during their stay. We have a wide list of places and activities to do on the island that we will be happy to share with you if you wish. The house is in La Garita, a quiet residential neighborhood. There's a pedestrian promenade to the south that connects the beaches of La Garita, Playa del Hombre, Taliarte, and Melenara. Restaurants on the maritime avenue serve local cuisine. The house has an ideal situation to access the different points of interest of the island. Beaches, capital, tourist areas, airport, restaurants, shopping areas, etc The "Global" bus lines allow you to move comfortably all over the island. Airport: 10 min Las Palmas de GC: 15 min Maspalomas / Playa del Inglés: 25 / 30min Agaete: 50min (Times by car). During the stay it is possible that the maintenance personnel access the outside area of the house for the maintenance of the swimming pool. Guests will always be informed in advance.

Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Altes wurde erhalten und neue Details hinzugefügt, um einen ganz speziellen Ort zu schaffen. Dazu kommen eine eigene Terrasse, High-Speed-Internet, Satelliten-TV, ein extra breites Bett und eine Nachbarschaft, in der man in das wahre Leben der Kanaren eintauchen kann.

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung super modern und neu. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und war sehr aufgeräumt und blitzsauber. Frühstück zwischen den Obstbäumen mit Blick auf die Berge war unser Highlight. Außergewöhnlich ist die schnelle, persönliche, hilfreiche und total sympathische Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Es war alles perfekt !

Bardzo polecamy to miejsce! Było wyjątkowe - wspaniały widok na ocean, 1 minutę od genialnej plaży oraz sklepów i restauracji. Woda czyściutka z łagodnym zejściem i mięciutkim i pięknym piaskiem - wszystkie udogodnienia które mogliśmy sobie wymarzyć. Skorzystaliśmy z opcji sportów wodnych i katamaranu, który był 3 minuty spacerem od mieszkania. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, świetnie wyposażone, bardzo wygodne z tarasami, na których można przesiadywać wieczorem z pięknym widokiem na zatokę. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia i dwie łazienki, bardzo wygodne oddzielne dwie sypialne - wszystko idealnie na pobyt dwóch par. Miejsce parkingowe przypisane do mieszkania - bezpłatne. Sklep spożywczy 1 minuta spacerkiem. Bardzo chętnie tam wrócimy i polecimy znajomym. Dziękujemy za wspaniały tygodniowy pobyt.

Laura’s place was very nice, maybe abit older-looking than on the pictures, but still very nice. Everything was clean. Location great, just 10min walk to beach and 1-2min to closest store. Higher floor so had a nice view, could see Tenerife’s Teide from bedroom window. Also Laura’s response time was remarkable! Would definitely stay again and would recommend 😊

The apartment was clean and as in the pictures. The apartment had all the basic necessities and more. Each room had own air conditioning/heating. The best part of the apartment was the balcony, it is huge, sunny and the view is amazing! The Loma Verde complex was really fine and the pool area was nice. The apartment and the neighborhood are quiet. Joe was a friendly host, he replied fast, the keys were handed over personally, water and wine were waiting for us. The location is on a hill, so there is a lot of climbing... We only missed blackout curtains, a smoke alarm and extinguisher, and "home and neighborhood guidebook". Fantastic two weeks!

Genauso haben wir uns (Pärchen 55+62) unsere Unterkunft vorgestellt. Für Leute die Ruhe suchen ein idealer Ort zum entspannen. Es war für uns alles perfekt, das Haus, der Pool, die Terrasse, der gemauerte Grill, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, ein großer Fernseher, gute Stereoanlage und vor allem die allerliebsten Vermieter der Welt. Elena und Maximilian haben sich die größte Mühe gegeben uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Maximilian spricht Englisch und man kann sich super mit ihm unterhalten.Und wenn man etwas Unterhaltung möchte, dann kommt man in 7 Minuten mit dem Auto „ im Trubel „ an. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Golfplätze usw. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall erforderlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke an Elena und Maximilian für alles. Ksenija und Marco
