The apartment has the perfect space to spend a few nice days in front of the beach. Everything is very quiet, easy to locomoverse. Pepe and Verónica are super friendly and attentive. If we come back to Alicante we will surely stay there again.

Our stay at Juan's went very well. It is a very friendly and available. The apartment is in a great location near the beach and with communal pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. For ease of logistics it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and would recommend it with our eyes closed.

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Hey All , This has been the best AIRBNB experience I've had . The Check in process , this was faultless and we were met my Andrej and he showed up the parking space followed by the apartment and then the complex . The Complex , It was second to none the pools both indoor and out door were fabulous ( out door closest on the 1th October) the gym was very good and had everything needed . The Apartment , this made the holiday for us it was spotless and the balcony was fantastic and very big with unbelievable views of the med. The Host , What can I say this guy is the real deal , nothing and I mean nothing was an issue or problem, he purchased sunbeds and umbrella for the beach for us as we were staying over 30 days along with a grill for the balcony. he was in contact to ensure we had everything and ensured there wasn't any issues . I'm always a little unsure with the host but Andrej was a real pleasure to deal with . surrounding, very quite apartment absolutely no noise , 2km to shop

Perfect apartment with a great location on the beachfront, close enough to everything in either direction, spacious and clean, we didn’t use it but well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Thank you to Maria & Maria always quick to respond to messages and clear directions/instructions pre arrival

Roberto was very helpful and his place is lovely and very clean. Great area for bars, restaurants supermarket and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Alicante is a 25 minute tram ride and is a fantastic place to visit.

Our stay was great, the location is optimal there is good shopping, as well as restaurants and the bus stop is also close by. The view and the relative proximity to the beach are great. Check-in was very straightforward and flexible, as we were allowed to check in earlier due to earlier arrival. The equipment is very good and everything was clean. The only thing that bothered us a bit was that some doors didn't close properly, which was very uncomfortable on a few days when it stormed. The lack of wifi is also something we think could be improved. Nevertheless, we had a great vacation, would like to come back.
