Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Carihuela, Churriana

We stayed 10 days in Rocío's apartment, with 4 adults and two small children. The apartment is very well equipped, for cooking and for washing clothes, we came very well. It is located in a quiet, authentic neighborhood, and with the bus stop right next door to go downtown. The promenade is also very nice, it is about 10-15 minutes camindando. Rocío is very friendly and responds without delay to messages.

Words cannot describe how amazing Silvia was as a host & how amazing the apartment was – this was my first Airbnb experience & exceeded expectations. I was delayed out of the UK which was no issue for Silvia to meet us in the late hours, she was very warm welcoming & had a big smile on her face with nothing you needed being an issue & checking in on us as I was staying there for 3 weeks. The apartment is in a perfect location next to supermarkets, restaurants & the beach within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for solo or couples with good wi-fi, comfy bed, a decent kitchen & a washer/dryer for those staying longer than a few days. She also has 2 other apartments which I had a quick look at & they’re immaculate so, if you are looking for anywhere to stay around La Cala de Mijas, I highly recommend any apartments Silvia has to offer. I’m hoping to come back soon as I enjoyed my time there very much. Thank you Silvia!

The apartment is located a short distance from the city center and there is a supermarket just opposite. The apartment was well equipped, we didn't miss anything. I was very happy with the choice of this apartment.

We stayed in this apartment for 4 people. The space was large and clean and perfectly matched the description. The highlight for us was definitely the large terrace and overlooking the pool. It is necessary to dwell on the kindness and hospitality of the host who also left us a welcome kit upon our arrival and was super available for anything. If we were to return to Marbella, the choice of accommodation would definitely be the same!

Nice place to spend good time front of the beach and next to city center when required

Very nice apartment in a very nice, well-maintained residence. We went there in September and it was very nice because it was peaceful and not many people at the pool etc. We were very well received and the host is responsive to our questions and/or needs before and during the stay. The apartment is very well equipped , there are very nice little touches for children (small beach toys, aunt for the beach, buoy for the pool etc.). The apartment is very well located and close to several beautiful towns and beaches to visit as well as shops but better to be transported to enjoy it to the fullest. We recommend it! Lovely apartment exactly like the pictures with great A/C. The pool area is perfect! Bars & restaurants within walking distance and plenty to do around. Nela was a great host very quick to respond when needed and accommodated everything we asked for. We will be booking again soon! X

Jaime was a fantastic host. He was very responsive both prior to our stay and during it. The apartment offers very comfortable bedrooms, living area and a well equipped kitchen. I would happily return to same and recommend it. It's a very nice area and very safe. I would have liked a smart TV but that's likely not important to others. Jaime was in a position to offer us a flexible time for checking-out, which was very helpful as we had a late flight and was very much appreciated. We stayed 11 nights. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody staying in Malaga.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. You drive into the garage and street level and take the stairs or elevator up to the swimming pool where you find the front door to the villa. The villa has seating areas outside the lounge and master bedroom with wonderful views over Torremuelle out to the sea. The pool area is delightful and clean with lovely sun loungers and the water is warm all day. The villa has electric shutters which cover all windows and doors and the whole place felt very safe while we were there. You can walk for 10 mins to Torremuelle station where you can catch a trains to Malaga, Fuengirola or Marbella. Walk another 10 mins and you are down at the sea. Lyx were incredibly responsive when we had an issue with one shutter and sent out a locksmith at 11pm who fixed it there and then. Enjoy your stay!

the accommodation was above expectations. very close to the beach and local center. the view from the roof terrace was wonderful. the accommodation had everything you had expected and more. Elvinas was very quick to respond very helpful. highly recommended !!

Easy keysafe entry, flexible check-in and check-out times. Beautiful walk to town and wonderful to sit on the terrace and see local life. Loved our home from home in gorgeous Mijas

We had a lovely time at Jorges place. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach and other amenities, although the street was quiet and private. It was just the two of us but the house is big enough for a family to stay. Everything you need is there, like a home from home. Would definitely recommend a stay here and will likely return.

The airbnb was a big hit from our group on the holiday. It’s really spacious and offers some lovely views, chill space inside & outside, a nice place to eat food by the pool, downstairs game room was well used and very welcome! Also loved the shutters on the windows and it was all very clean. Franck was a really great host, very responsive and helpful!

We stayed here with 4 people for 10 days. All the best. The house is equipped with everything you need. Our toaster was broken but it was quickly replaced. We had no personal contact but we were always answered in writing. We had a great time.

We had a great stay here. Everything was as described and how it looked in the pictures. Use of both pools was fab for the kids. The Astro by the side of the property was also good for playing games as it got the shade in the afternoon. Would love to stay here again.

The villa was beautiful and spacious, a real home from home, the complex is nicely kept and not too busy. Our only small complaint would be the curtains in the main bedroom, they are white and see through so don’t block out any light. It made sleeping quite difficult until we were used to it. The introduction of blackout blinds would make the property perfect .

AMAZING stay! Loved everything about this place. From the moment I walked in I felt right at home. Yuri and Slawek were both super responsive. The penthouse is fabulous and has stunning and you can watch sunrises every day. I will definitely stay again and I would highly recommend it . Easier way to move around is by car, keep that in mind:)

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment contained everything you could need. The balcony and pool were added bonuses. Close to very good restaurants, the beach and the supermarket. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this apartment. Fernando was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had.

What a gem of a place. Comfortable enough for 4 adults. Right on the boardwalk with spectacular views and sunsets. Even in bad weather it's a beautiful place to just sit and relax. Despite being on the sea front it was extremely quiet. Everything has been thought about, from towels and toiletries, to ironing board and coffee tea and spices for cooking. Parking in the garage also means no stress in looking for a space after a day out. Huge variety of bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walking. The pool area looked stunning, unfortunately it had been closed by local government due to drought, beyond any control of the owner.
