Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. Nice apartment, with parking, gardens, 2 pools, tennis court, children's playground, Ping Pong tables, exercise area for seniors, supermarket and restaurant inside the same hotel, just 2 min walk to the beach, and about 20 minutes from downtown, in the heart of the most emblematic neighborhood of Torremolinos, "La Carihuela" quiet, clean area, surrounded by bars, restaurants etc. Very well connected, bus stop at the door, everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Peaceful South facing sunny 2 bedroom apartment.

December 2023. Bathroom completely referbished to a very high standard -pictures to follow ! Great 2 bedroom apartment in iconic La Carihuela Park Palace .Family friendly gated grounds with pool and its own restaurant yet only 50 meters from the beach and numerous restaurants of many nationalities . This apartment is an end unit so is very peaceful and yet centrally located in La Carihuela and only some 500 meters from Puerto Marina and its nightlife .

Lovely new apartment in Carihuela

This beautiful home is newly renovated, we have given it a personal touch and a lot of affection. It is located 200m from the beach, close to good restaurants, beach bars, bus stop in front. It has wifi, air conditioning and a window that opens, leaving a terrace, so you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The building is quiet, family friendly, with green spaces. Ideal for unplugging or still connected by working remotely.
