Found this place listed by Kiwoong and booked on instant, because this fits in the location we want to stay. The pictures looked just like the house you will stay at, both inside and outside. The house is very spacious with plenty of rooms, chairs and table for a big family. There is a laundry room inside the garage if you need to wash clothes. The garden is very beautiful and peaceful with plenty of outdoor furniture and benches to sit down in the backyard. The private driveway is long enough to park two cars in parallel, and there is ample open street parking if you need it (except on street cleaning days). The front yard is very nice, however, the front door is blocked off so you must enter the house from the backyard. There are plenty of amenities and kitchen/bathroom supplies. However, I only found 6.5 sets of silverwares so that was not enough for us. We ate all our dinners inside the house. One person had to use the plastic fork/spoon. Overall, we really liked this place.

We, 3 couples had a very comfortable stay at Jen’s. She was accommodating to meet our needs and instruction was clear and easy to follow. Good communication. We were happy to be in such a nice neighborhood. We had nice walks. It was fun playing games and relaxing during our holiday week!

Would definitely stay again!!!! My family really enjoyed the home

Flora is the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. The place exceeded our expectations, and she is so responsive and friendly. The place is even better than the pictures, and it is super comfortable and clean. Perfect for a big group or for a large family. She made sure to check in on us, and made the check in and check out process very easy to follow. We loved our time here and hope that we can stay again in the future. Nothing but great things to say about Flora and her place!

Great home to relax in & spend time with family! Owner was very friendly & communicative. Backyard was a little messy due to wind the night before, but owner was very accessible. Definitely recommend for a weekend stay or vacationing with family.

We really enjoyed the location of the rental as it was on a quiet block and yet still centrally located in Santa Monica (within walking distance of the beach). We appreciated having a grocery store one block away. The hosts were flexible with respect to check-in and very responsive to our needs and questions.

Juan’s spot was great - excellent location walkable to restaurants and coffee shops around Silver Lake, but the AirBnB itself is peaceful so you get the best of both worlds. My fave part was the outdoor patio overlooking Juan’s yard, which was filled with beautiful plants and his two sweet, adorable husky dogs. There’s a fence between you and Juan’s yard so if you dislike dogs, there’s no need to interact. But if you love dogs it’s a big bonus :) The AirBnB was very clean and comfortable. Juan was super friendly when we crossed paths. I’d stay there again and I highly recommend it.

This spot was absolutely perfect for my stay (in town for work nearby + a holiday party down the street) and had everything I needed and more, as far as amenities! Claudia was extremely responsive and helpful when I had special requests due to work demands. Very much appreciated!

Great place to stay! Lots of good mexican food places nearby to enjoy. Whittier boulevard is legendary cruising street which is packed of great food trucks after 6:00 P.M. pretty much all week around... Great location to drive anywhere!

Great location in downtown LA, was. central to the places we wanted to visit. Apartment is very clean and felt safe. Parking in the garage was convenient too. Only improvement I would suggest is that the sofa bed in the living room has some stains, needs a clean up.

This is a lovely quiet neighborhood and a very nice accommodation. Our son lives nearby so it is perfect for our visits.

Our hosts, Giselle and Ali, were outstanding. They offered fantastic recommendations for local attractions and the best restaurants, helping us experience Los Angeles like locals. Their attention to every little detail made our stay seamless and enjoyable. From prompt communication to thoughtful touches, Giselle and Ali went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!

We had a great stay at Ali’s place! It is right in the middle of everything in DTLA… we were so grateful for the parking space for our rental car. We got in a bit earlier than expected, and Ali arranged for us to check in an hour early; this led to a few bumps in the road with getting into the parking garage and Airbnb itself, but they responded almost instantly through those small hiccups. Throughout our stay, Ali sent us recommendations and reminders that we appreciated greatly. Finally, in the rush of leaving, our eldest child left their school laptop; Ali took our address and offered to mail the laptop to us. We really enjoyed the space and the experience; thank you, Ali!

Great location if you want to be in downtown LA like we did. Apartment was clean and spacey. Super clear instructions for checking in. Had all the basic amenities needed for a week long stay. Hosts are proactive and friendly communicators. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place in a great location!

Jeffrey's place was exactly what my group needed for a short weekend stay while we were in LA for a wedding! The place was comfortable, fully stocked with everything we needed, clean, and close to a lot of different places including great restaurants, churches, and late night spots. Jeffrey as a host is one of the most detail-oriented, attentive hosts I've ever seen and I really appreciated his proactive communication. When unexpected things happened as well, he was very responsive and kind even when it work him up in the middle of the night. Personal favorite moments were the floor to ceiling balcony overlooking waterfalls, the well-furnished kitchen, and how nice the shower was. I was especially grateful for Jeffrey waking up and also being understanding with our late check out.

Nicole’s home is gorgeous! It was the perfect staycation with my girlfriends. Spacious, clean home. It feels like everyone has their own space and bathroom. The porches and outdoor spaces were our favorite. This location is perfectly central to great restaurants and shops, gorgeous sunset views on the beach, and Venice! We loved it, would definitely come back.
