Found this place listed by Kiwoong and booked on instant, because this fits in the location we want to stay. The pictures looked just like the house you will stay at, both inside and outside. The house is very spacious with plenty of rooms, chairs and table for a big family. There is a laundry room inside the garage if you need to wash clothes. The garden is very beautiful and peaceful with plenty of outdoor furniture and benches to sit down in the backyard. The private driveway is long enough to park two cars in parallel, and there is ample open street parking if you need it (except on street cleaning days). The front yard is very nice, however, the front door is blocked off so you must enter the house from the backyard. There are plenty of amenities and kitchen/bathroom supplies. However, I only found 6.5 sets of silverwares so that was not enough for us. We ate all our dinners inside the house. One person had to use the plastic fork/spoon. Overall, we really liked this place.

Denis' house was beautiful and full of character. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were lots of toys and books for our daughter. His backyard is enclosed and great if you have pets. The neighborhood is walkable and close to the lovely amenities atwater village has to offer. Denis was an amazing communicator and extremely kind, he generously allowed us to overstay our visit due to the Altadena Wildfires. Great person, couldn't recommend more!

Steve and Wendy were wonderful hosts! Responsive, welcoming, a d friendly as can be. They made us feel right at home. This place is perfect for a small family. Very kid friendly with lots of movies, toys, and beach supplies.

I entered the Airbnb in the immediate aftermath of the Altadena fire. The hosts were responsive and showed concern for my family's welfare and comfort. They were very empathetic and wanted to be sure we were safe. I appreciated that as well as the comfort of their home. Remarkably, they still had an air filter that was ready for use when many other rentals have put it away. I loved having a full kitchen and good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. I appreciated every detail they put into this unit. Top notch in every way!

Our stay at Juan’s was perfect. He was responsive, respectful and provided helpful information for check in and parking. The space was well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Nice views from the apartment, lit with natural light during the day. We had a welcome party when we arrived. There are two sweet huskies that live next to property. The location was superb, very walkable to restaurants, and local shops in the Silverlake/Echo Park neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again next time we visit LA. Thank you Juan!

This spot was absolutely perfect for my stay (in town for work nearby + a holiday party down the street) and had everything I needed and more, as far as amenities! Claudia was extremely responsive and helpful when I had special requests due to work demands. Very much appreciated!

Our stay at Mieko’s Airbnb was fantastic! The location was close to the airport and centrally located to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. We picked this home because of the free parking and the convenient location close to the NBA arena. It was like staying in a classy hotel. The instructions were clear to check in and out. Richard the doorman was so friendly and knew us by name after meeting us. The room had all the amenities described in the listing. The owners just installed new soundproof windows making outside noise almost inaudible (I imagine before it could be quite loud in the living room that overlooks the street). We never went up to the pool, but it seemed straightforward enough to use it if you want it. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in DTLA, we highly recommend this place! Hope to stay here again!

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for small families. Close by to restaurants and shopping mall. Jeffrey provides all the amenities and then some. There was even a high chair and play pen. Our little one loved the bunk bed. Jeffrey is a great and responsive host.

My Mom passed away & flew in from Florida to have her Funeral Services in Southern California which is where I grew up. My stay was set up to be right after all the services & a much needed peaceful space to grieve. Venice Beach was 1 of the many Beaches my Mom & I enjoyed together. I would love to come back & stay with my Adult kids & Grandsons in the future. It would accommodate us all & be a great place to create fun memories together with my family.

A really well apportioned space. Loved just relaxing in between walks to the Disneyland Resort. The bedrooms and full bath are up a flight of stairs, so heads up if mobility is an issue, or after finishing a half marathon.

Gated community, very clean and the host had everything you needed, I felt right at home.
