Beautiful studio furnished and arranged with taste and quality, all with a magnificent view of the Bay of Nice! Particularly well located for shops and walks in Cape Town: everything can be done on foot. Too bad the environment is noisy, sometimes very early in the morning. Jean-Pierre and Yvette are charming hosts and provide very good advice.

Very good stay at Hannah's place. The area is great, the flat is close to everything, with an amazing view on the port. The flat is also quite well furnished. Hannah was friendly and helpful.

The stay at Tania's was perfect, a warm apartment, located by the sea we could walk very easily to visit Fréjus. The clean apartment and secure parking space are comforting. We recommend!

We have stayed in Antibes many times and this was, by far the best apartment to date , fantastic location, all the amenities you could wish for ! (even a couple of deck chairs). The outside balcony was a lovely feature which was used each day . Svetlana was very welcoming and her response to any questions was quickly answered. Overall I can thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Six weeks stay in this lovely apartment was best holiday ever. Place was excellent and we enjoyed every second. The intrinsic quality of the accommodation as well as that of the immediate environment of the residence allowed us to spend a great week in Saint Raphaël. Impeccable and very well-equipped apartment, perfect location between town and coastal path, clean and vast pool, almost Olympian calm, really it's a little gem for a holiday on the French Riviera. A wonderful Villa and a brilliant host in Maria. Her communication from beginning to end was fantastic. The Villa was stunning with views overlooking Cannes and was perfectly located to explore the many beautiful areas along the coastline. The Villa itself was amazing, really spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 6. The pool area was particularly well equipped with lots of lovely comfortable sunbeds to enjoy the sunshine and the views. After two weeks we were sad to leave and wouldn’t hesitate a return trip if we are visiting the area again.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

We had a wonderful time in Marions house. The villa has a perfect location close to a nice beach but still in a quiet spot. The two terraces where great with excellent views. We would very much like to come back!

Fantastic accommodation with a brilliant host! We had 10 people staying in the whole rental unit and there was lots of space for everyone! 5 seperate bedrooms with en-suites, 2 kitchens, brilliant showers and everything was clean, tidy and well kept! Perfect for a group or families! The highlight was the rooftop with a stunning view across the beach and up to the mountains, the sunsets were spectacular! Great garden space with French Boules (Pétanque) court aswell. Fantastic concierge who answered any issues we had with great speed. Right beside the beach (1 minute walk under the tunnel) which was sandy (not rocky like Nice) and the water was perfect. 10-15 minute walk from train station which gets you anywhere around the south coast from Cannes to Monaco. Close to Juan Les Pins (walking) and Antibes (Uber or train). Aqua park and mini golf 15 mins drive away aswell. Overall the best Air bnb accommodation I have stayed in due to all the factors above, thank you!

We had a fantastic 9 night stay at the property. It is literally right next to the sea. We were able to swim every day but one. The location is amazing and very quiet. The two beaches are a five minute walk away, but we preferred to swim off the rocks (which would not be advisable with young children). The house was very comfortable.

Most popular: the courtyard to safely park our rental vehicle. The spa on the terrace and the barbecue ( for perfect evenings). The walking proximity to shops, the seaside and the center of Cannes . Charming apartment just next to Poet’s Garden and the Mediterranean. Nathalie and her family were quickly at our disposal and responded immediately when we had a small emergency. She and her children (adults) were charming! i can’t recommend Nathalie’s place enough - I would definitely stay here again next time through Antibes. Delightful!

We had a wonderful time at the place. The location is sensational and the house has very nice amenities and everything was really thought of. We arrived a little later in the evening and there was also something for breakfast and a bottle of wine to welcome you. We felt right at home. It is a very nice house with a great roof terrace that has a magnificent view to the sea. We were almost always able to eat our meals there and we enjoyed it very much. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

I felt very comfortable in this apartment. It is simple, very functional, with love and fully equipped. Tea and coffee are also available for the first hours. Berta is a gracious agile person and will be able to help in any situation. I'd love to come again.

Staying in Clara's apartment gave us a lot of joy. The facility and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The equipment was completely sufficient for us and everything available to have a relaxing stay. We would love to come back😊.

A great stay at Sonia's apartment! The welcome was super warm and then there was nothing missing. Plus, Sonia left us some homemade farm products that were really delicious. The apartment itself is extremely close to the port of Fréjus as well as at the beginning of the beach (<300 m). Everything you need and at your fingertips. Beyond all this, there is the very large and beautiful terrace, perfect for eating on it. This was an experience that will exceed all expectations!

Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely stay here again; you are a block off the water in Antibes, with tons of restaurants and shopping just a couple minutes away. Access to the place is easy, it's quite spacious and comfortable, and has all the necessities for a week spent in-town. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location right by the beach and a private pool with great views towards Nice. Kevin is a great host and always available if you have any questions. The property itself is luxurious, secure and kept very clean.
