Great location, 5 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes to the old town. Peaceful and beautiful condominium courtyard with private pool. The apartment is stylishly decorated and very clean, just the kitchen housewares I missed something. The bed was very comfortable, high quality linens. The car could be parked either in front of the house on the street or in the building's garage. It's also an easy place for the dog to come and go.

Really enjoyable stay. Warm, cosy with a nice ambiance. James was an excellent host who provided immediate assistance when required plus an added bonus of Rose and beer. Thanks James enjoyed my stay as did my children. Matthew

We love our stay here. Perfect location. It was close to everything and very convenient. Lots of parking on the street too. The apartment is very comfortable. No complaints at all. It was perfect. Carolina was very kind and helpful. If we came back to Antibes we’d stay here again.

Great location, great views! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was the perfect spot. Walking distance to everything and right in town. 2 blocks from the train station! The place was very clean and very safe. Thanks for everything!

A great stay! Where to start to describe the place and not forget anything!? First of all, the accommodation is very comfortable, well decorated and modern (new equipment in the kitchen, bright and airy bathroom, air conditioning in the bedroom, in short, nothing is missing). The garden is very calm and calm, sunny with also corners in the shade of trees. The host is very friendly. The perfect combination for the perfect holiday!

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno and Rose's place! They were the nicest couple and most welcoming hosts, providing us with videos and instructions before arrival and going over everything during check-in. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The house was spacious, clean, and surrounded by beautifully designed garden with amazing views. We loved strolling through the peaceful landscape and relaxing by the pool. The kitchen was a highlight, with all the beautiful dishes that made every meal special and cooking a joy. The location was perfect – quiet, private and peaceful, yet just a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants, and close to the airport. Day trips to Nice, Monaco, and Cannes were easy. The hosts even left us thoughtful gifts, including wine from their personal cellar! We highly recommend their place and look forward to staying again if we're ever back in the region.

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

This house is stunning and the views are gorgeous. The outside areas are so well equipped and well thought out. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. Jesper was so quick to respond and helpful with any queries we had and providing information. Definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa for a family holiday. The property is very well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool There was plenty of seating for 9 of us. Communication with the host was excellent before and during g our stay, with very quick responses. The property is around 10/15 minutes walk into Grasse where we had lovely meals out. A fantastic stay.

We used the villa with 2 families. We greatly enjoyed the sun, the tranquility and the surroundings. The villa was full of comforts and wonderfully spacious. The contact with José and Valerie was pleasant and they responded very quickly: we are very satisfied 🤗

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Peter's place. If you want to stay in Old Town Antibes you can't pick better location than this. Everything you need is within walking distance: shops, restaurant, cafes. I liked our view over the old houses from our windows. The apartment itself is simply furnished, but you have everything you might need for your stay. We stayed with a family of 4 and it felt spacious enough. The garage is very easy to use (even for a bigger car) and it's right under the apartment building. The single beds were quite squeaky, but Peter said that he would take care of it.

I cant say enough about Herve and his home. We stayed for the whole month of September. From the moment we arrived until the sad moment we checked out, it felt like home. The home itself was so comfortable with nice furnishing, excellent storage, comfortable beds, and the most amazing feature was an expansive deck looking over the walls ocean. I have to mention the kitchen… we have stayed in multiple long term European airbnbs and Herves was by far the most adequately stocked. Everything from plenty of cookware to serveware… even a cabinet full of spices. The location, for us, was simply ideal. It was just around the corner from la Croisette on a quieter, more residential beach. So close to many modestly priced restaurants along with some amazing more luxurious restaurants. We love to walk or bicycle everywhere so we walked to the busier area with all of the beach clubs almost daily. Herve was quickly responsive to us and offered amazing recommendations

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. We loved the little balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the apartement is next to a big supermarket. The public beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The train station is also 15 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by bus away. It was very convenient go stay hier. :) Only the road can be a little bit loud in the night.

Beatrice deserves her title as a great host ... clear instructions, pleasant apartment and peaceful setting. The parking space is really useful. In short, we had a pleasant stay thanks to Beatrice.

There is nothing to complain about the quality of our stay in this apartment. Everything is as described. A very friendly welcome by our hosts who were completely available to guide us as soon as we arrived and give us all the necessary explanations for access to the parking lot, the pool etc. The apartment is really nice, a balcony with a magnificent sea view, completely redone with a room quite remote from the living room, which allows you to have its space even if there are several people. The very comfortable sofa bed. Anyway, it was great and we recommend it without hesitation!

Nice private apartment with a fantastic view of the sea. Well equipped kitchen. Great for up to 2-3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 kids. Definitely will come back.
