Beautiful house! Very friendly and always helpful host! The photos are very accurate, a beautiful place to spend time with the family! Divine nature!! Those little touches of toothbrushes are appreciated! The delicious watermelon inside the refrigerator, having tea, coffee, ice available! towels! Great touches!! 👌👌🙏🙏 Very grateful to the hosts! Jairo and Ashley were amazing hosts- very friendly helpful and generous. We had some complications with our arrival and they were incredibly kind and understanding. The house is very comfortable- the AC is a real plus for El Paredon. The rooftop space with the hammocks is the perfect place to unwind when it's too hot on the beach. There is tea/coffee/salt/oil aplenty which makes all the difference when you have a whole house to yourself. Everything you need is in walking distance and there are 2 bikes on the property. Thanks guys, we will be back for sure!

The view from the beach house is incredible! My friends and I spent a long weekend basically never leaving the pool. Each room had its own ensuite and was super private and all had ocean views. Wifi was very fast -- I was able to work remotely and take video calls easily. Special shoutout to Abner and Anna who took great care of the villa while we were there. Cacho was super helpful with arranging taxis and giving us local recommendations. It's also a close walk to the town so you really don't need a car there. We walked on the beach to town almost every night. And the sunsets! Soooo gorgeous from the black sand beach. Even though there is no AC, we kept cool at night with the fans and leaving the doors open. There is one queen bed in each room with bunk beds with smaller beds so it's great for families, smaller groups (like us, we had 4 sleep comfortably), but 12 large adults may find it a bit crowded. I definitely recommend this villa if you're in Guatemala! Thanks, Cacho!

Right on the beach you can’t beat the location. There’s stores and restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk. Only complaint 5th bedroom shows a picture of a ladder only after arriving did we realize that the ladder was not a decoration but the way to get to bedroom. It’s a loft it would have been helpful to include word loft when describing bedroom 5.

We had a very nice stay! The villa is definitely very beautiful and cozy, in the center of everything, walking to eat, have a drink, etc. Karina is a very sweet and special person who will make you feel at home. We really liked the access and how private it is, the pool is a must! We'll be back!

Nice and private, there are plenty of beds The only negative thing would be that the light went out all the time, but the guys in charge came when you told them. I recommend investing in the house's electrical system

Daniel's attention was excellent with all our questions. The house is very spacious and has very nice environments to share with the family and have a relaxing and pleasant stay. Katherine is the person who welcomes you to the house and apart from being very helpful, she also helps out for a small fee with preparing meals. It's a great help to forget about the day-to-day and be able to relax to the fullest.

Very nice and cozy home for a family vacation, it meets what it promises and both the host and the guardian are attentive and with good customer service, the guardian even guided us to the beach area, his name is Byron and we are more than pleased, regarding the house has everything you need to eat cooking and to cool your drinks, the rooms are spacious and sleeping quite well, if there is any setback the host and the guardian do their best to fix it in record time, thank you we hope to return.
