¡I arrived and fell in love with this place and this house! A great quiet and peaceful place with the spirit of a Dominican countryside, while the house is well equipped and comfortable to live in. In a short distance there is a comado and you can ask for delivery, it is convenient to get to the town and the neighboring towns in guagua. Angela is a very nice and responsive host, always ready to help. Thank you so much for the wonderful month in this house! I really hope to be back again! A special greeting for the cat and dogs, it was much more fun with them.

Rufina was a wonderful host. She will go above and beyond to make you feel at home . When I arrived at villa it was everything I expected. I felt safe with the 24hr security. I highly recommend her villa. I definitely will be visiting again soon.

Great stay! The room was clean and just what we needed! The location is great with a private entrance and above that, the host was beyond helpful and kind, even letting us use his personal parking space in order for better accessibility to get in and out (we had our infant with us). We were offered breakfast for the inconvenience (hot water did not work for a day, which was fixed by replacing a new heater right away). I am very happy with our stay and already booked our next stay in advance! recommend 5/5

This place is not only beautiful but the host is very helpful, nice and understanding, very clean, so relaxing but very close to all the actions, 5 minutes to the beach and the town of Bayahibe, next to the casino, restaurants and bar, we love this area so much is our second time staying here. The place is just as shown in the photos, very clean and nice, the environment is really quiet, there are swimming pools that are really close to the apartment, in short, we had a great time.

This neighborhood is new, very modern, and fresh-looking. Unfortunately, it is a 15-minute drive to most downtown spots and 20 -25 minute drive to most beaches. This makes it a location where you'd need a car for sure and driving in Punta Cana can be terrifying. The house itself has plenty of room to stretch out the bathrooms and bedrooms are comfortable and nice. However, we the showers are barely warm and often cold. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay. That caused us to use our international plan on cellular thus adding costs to the trip. There was no dish soap to wash dishes, the host told us there was in a pump in the sink but that pump was empty. Not a big deal, but just unexpected and inconvenient. The gate security did not trust the code the host sent us to get in and out of the neighborhood and so security made us open all the doors of our car and open the back hatch of the car so they could inspect it every time. Gave an unsafe feel to the place.

Our family, including a 2yr old, really enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed the pool and the direct access to the white sand beach. The food from the buffet was also good.

Apartment itself is great, same as pictures. Best if you have a car or a bike. Uber also works well. It is in an area surrounded by resorts so it is not that walkable. There is access to the beach after a 20 min walk. Beach is public and beautiful. Amenities like restaurants in the area are mainly inside resorts. Uber to Iberia supermarket, well stocked.

First of all Nader is a very nice host. He speaks English French and Spanish. Very nice place, the appartement is huge, nicely decorated, ( you can see on the pictures ), wide screen TV, sound system, really good internet reception. The appartement is on the third floor and on the sunny side, so wen you are on the balcony you have the sunshine all day and you are on top of the palm trees, very nice. For the location, getting out of the complex, turning left you are really at 350 feet from the ocean, ( the beach is superb, endless, the water is clear and worm ), and turning right you find in a range of 350 feet, restaurants, bars, 2 little grocery stores, 1 pharmacy and the bus stop that brings you directly to the big shopping center. I was there 30 days, 30 days of sunshine, average 30 degrees and the beach, can't get better then that.

Hommy was very helpful and answered a few questions very quickly. Good location and secure. Nice place and great facilities like the pool and recreation.
