Our stay was incredible! Drew was the best AirBnB host I’ve ever had. He had so many great local recommendations, was super responsive and went out of the way to make sure we had a wonderful time. I’ve been to CDC multiple times before and this was my favorite visit due to the unbeatable location and incredible accommodations. Whether you’re a few friends going on a golf trip, a girls trip or a couples trip - this is the place to book! Will be back.

My original plan was to spend 3 days .. Hard 12 of how well I felt , I would come back without hesitation .

Danilo's place is excellent, small but very cozy. It has everything described in the listing., it is even more welcoming in person. It is located in a residential that allows you to walk to Altos de Chavon and explore the area to the restaurants , the amphitheater and all its history. The building is in a safe and clean, quiet area. Danilo is very kind and attentive. It gave me clear, accurate and well detailed instructions for my arrival which made everything super easy. I would definitely stay again and of course I recommend it 100%. I would give you 10 stars if I could.!

We rented the apartment with my spouse, we were very happy with the apartment, and Rovil's service who was very responsive Everything went well and the apartment was very very clean a real quiet and secure little cocoon Thanks to the rovil team i'd recommend it sight unseen

Excellent option, even more if you rent a car, the apartment is very equipped, even with lounge chairs to take to the beach, everything from 10, we will return

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s located in a large, gated community that is both quiet and secure. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is very convenient, just a short drive from the Punta Cana airport and close to major shopping centers. The community also features multiple pools, which are perfect for families with children or anyone looking to relax. We greatly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

This neighborhood is new, very modern, and fresh-looking. Unfortunately, it is a 15-minute drive to most downtown spots and 20 -25 minute drive to most beaches. This makes it a location where you'd need a car for sure and driving in Punta Cana can be terrifying. The house itself has plenty of room to stretch out the bathrooms and bedrooms are comfortable and nice. However, we the showers are barely warm and often cold. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay. That caused us to use our international plan on cellular thus adding costs to the trip. There was no dish soap to wash dishes, the host told us there was in a pump in the sink but that pump was empty. Not a big deal, but just unexpected and inconvenient. The gate security did not trust the code the host sent us to get in and out of the neighborhood and so security made us open all the doors of our car and open the back hatch of the car so they could inspect it every time. Gave an unsafe feel to the place.

I enjoyed my stay. From reservations to checking out the host was available and proactive with providing restaurant options, excursions etc. felt like home. Would definitely recommend and visit again should I revisit the country. Thank you Chris & Victoria.

My wife, son and i stayed at Enrique's place fir 6 days. Before our arrival to Punta Cana, I spoke to Enrique about surprising my wife and son with a floral decorations I picked from his catalog. Enrique and his wife did a fabulous job and my family were totally happy with the decorations so thank you again Enrique and your wife for such a wonderful arrangement. Enrique suggested few excursions and beaches to go to also advised us on restaurants to try. His residence was as described and in a great area, although work was being done on the exterior of the house, he made sure to let us know in advance and if it would be a problem he would reschedule the job till after we leave. We felt safe and there were armed security 24/7. Great amenities and enough utensils to be used in the kitchen with modern appliances. All in all great visit and will my family and I stay at Enrique's place again, the answer is YES without a doubt. Thanks again Enrique for having us.

Apartment itself is great, same as pictures. Best if you have a car or a bike. Uber also works well. It is in an area surrounded by resorts so it is not that walkable. There is access to the beach after a 20 min walk. Beach is public and beautiful. Amenities like restaurants in the area are mainly inside resorts. Uber to Iberia supermarket, well stocked.

First of all Nader is a very nice host. He speaks English French and Spanish. Very nice place, the appartement is huge, nicely decorated, ( you can see on the pictures ), wide screen TV, sound system, really good internet reception. The appartement is on the third floor and on the sunny side, so wen you are on the balcony you have the sunshine all day and you are on top of the palm trees, very nice. For the location, getting out of the complex, turning left you are really at 350 feet from the ocean, ( the beach is superb, endless, the water is clear and worm ), and turning right you find in a range of 350 feet, restaurants, bars, 2 little grocery stores, 1 pharmacy and the bus stop that brings you directly to the big shopping center. I was there 30 days, 30 days of sunshine, average 30 degrees and the beach, can't get better then that.

The place is amazing, Hommy was very kind always and super quick to respond. The residential complex is super quiet. The apartment is equipped with all the basics you could need and absolutely everything works. The terrace is great to share as a family, I would stay again without hesitation! Congratulations Hommy has been one of the best experiences on this platform!
