It was beautiful and perfect location right across Oxxo. , farmacia familiar , TACO Location open daily , local restaurants all type of food , wings spot/Bar top floor very good music 10/10 can’t go wrong with this place Oh and the Poooool perfection has tv outside for ur guest to watch bands max .

Gabriel was a host who was always attentive and very friendly. We loved that I had all the clear directions for any situation in advance. The house was wonderful, we were a big group and we were all very comfortable, as if we were home. The neighborhood is very quiet and easily accessible, a few minutes walk there is an avenue with several venues/establishments for any taste We would definitely stay with Gabriel again the next time we go back!

The house is very large, each equipped room, has two nice dining rooms and we all fit and there were 20 people , the decor is excellent , we cooked and the kitchen had everything , very good choice

Another year more that we stay in Teresa's house, which we love, for the good location, space, cleanliness and ease of getting to the place, Teresa is always on the slope and makes us feel at home, we will definitely be back! A clean and very comfortable place with a good location and easy to get to :) I was quick to answer any questions I had and I felt right at home

Simple, practical and easy to access. We only used it for the night and it worked great for us. Points to consider: There are busy avenues around, so there is constant noise from vehicular traffic in the evenings. The stairs are spiral and very narrow, so they are not suitable for someone with some difficulty or physical disability. Communication with Gaby was always prompt and responsive :) Thank you so much!

Ramiro is a great host with a mission beyond making money on Airbnb. He’s dedicated to restoring historic homes using traditional techniques to preserve Guadalajara's architectural heritage. It was inspiring to learn about his work during my stay. The house is stunning, with every detail and decoratation thoughtfully selected. Be prepared to experience the vibe of a traditional rancho house in downtown Guadalajara. The house is close to the metro and within walking distance of tourist attractions. We were a group of eight, and there was plenty of space— it could comfortably fit 10 guests. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is charming and well-equipped, but the highlight is the central patio with a restored fountain and hammocks (a personal favorite!). Ramiro and Marta were very responsive throughout our stay. If you’re seeking an authentic home and want to support preserving the city’s heritage, this is the place to book.
