This 1 bedroom, 1 bath Houseboat w/ AC offers all the comforts of home, featuring an open-concept layout. The kitchen has 2 induction burners, microwave and apartment-sized refrigerator, white shaker cabinets and black stone counters. The bathroom is full of light with a gravity flush toilet, shower lighted mirror and heated towel rack. Climb the stairs to the rooftop terrace with furniture to enjoy a cocktail, stargaze, or snuggle up with a book overlooking the Great Salt Pond and Paynes Dock

We are a Luxury House Boat located on Paynes Dock, Block Island, RI. We have a Full sized bed and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room

We provide sheets, bath towels and beach towels. We also include 2 bike rentals (with tow trailer available to cart around luggage, etc)
