Once again, Ben went over and beyond to accommodate myself and then my daughter when she came the last night. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.

Lovely place, a little out the way but manageable with your own scooter or booking Grabs.

A small trek to get here so a little work with luggage but totally worth it. Such a cool location, easy walk down to the beach and very private and secluded. Would definitely recommend.

Central location in Kuta, 900 m from Legian Beach. Quiet place and well protected from the noise of the permanent effervescence of Kuta. Functional accommodation regularly cleaned throughout the stay with change of towels. Also available: laundry service, scooter rental, spa and warung. Some apartments on the ground floor (like mine) have direct access to the pool (large and cleaned every day), which is very nice.

We had a wonderful stay. Every room was air-conditioned, which made it very comfortable. Cazz responded to all my inquiries promptly, and the local villa manager, Ayu, was fantastic.

We really loved staying at Julia's. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom clean and the kitchen had so many appliances. Julia responded to me in less then a minute at times. she checked in on us and made us feel so comfortable. she also gave restaurant recommendations and was available to answer all our questions. I totally recommend staying at her place.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Uluwatu! It is such a beautiful Villa, it is located in a perfect spot. We had everything we needed for our stay and anything we did need the team was more than happy to assist us without hesitation. 10/10 I cannot fault this Villa.

I had an absolutely perfect stay here. From start to finish, everything was smooth and comfortable. Any minor issues that came up were resolved immediately, which really shows how attentive and professional the hosts are. A special shoutout to the driver, Putu – he was amazing! Super friendly, reliable, and made getting around so easy. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering a stay – you’ll be in great hands.

We had the best stay at villa kook, it is such a beautiful space and we felt right at home. The kitchen/lounge/pool area is gorgeous. We have no complaints at all. Only thing is I wish the sun beds were in the sun they only get sun light in the early morning but after midday the sun beds are in the shade so unable to tan but that is fine. We will defiantly love to come back to stay.

We stayed 12 nights in Margit’s charming Joglo. The accommodation was super clean, bed comfortable, well equipped and decorated beautifully which just added to the comfort of our stay. Margit was very kind and she and husband Michel were very helpful when we needed assistance. The Joglo is the type of accommodation where you feel right at home which for us is very important. Thanks Margit for a great stay.

Putu was waiting for us at the villa - she was wonderful, told us about everything and showed us around the house. She was always in touch with us when we needed something. She was very kind and helpful. The villa is as described, it's great that there is a washing machine and we could wash things.

The villa itself was stunning; spacious rooms, refreshing pool, kitchen/lounge had a fan since it was open. Everything was beautiful and clean - cleaner came every second day and the pool person comes twice a week. Location was handy to good restaurants: Warung Nook (amazing bruschetta), Whitestone (hot halloumi burger, cheesecake, rosella tea, brioche toast.. list goes on), Uma Garden (incredible food, desserts and drinks!). Also a pizza place down a little further but didn’t get around to trying that one. Location is handy; close to Seminyak, bit of a hike to Canggu, nothing crazy tho! Echie was so bubbly, kind and welcoming! She was there to greet us and give us tips and instructions for our stay. Easy to contact on WA throughout our stay. Check out was a breeze too. Seriously recommend this villa, we were stoked with it especially for the price.

Andri was such a great host, meeting us in person for the check in making sure that the house had everything we needed. Its located in a small neighborhood so very quiet nice to have a peaceful stay near Kuta. Airport within 30 minutes in car and same for Uluwatu main streets. Great location if you want to be able to explore both Nusa Dua and Uluwatu, its right in the middle.

Wonderful 11 day stay. So close to everything but tucked away just off main streets. Everything you could want or need with absolutely wonderful staff. Will definitely be back Highly recommend

The staff all speak fluent English and are super helpful. They even have walkie talkies so that they can get you what you need PRONTO! great experience

My expectations were exceeded with this booking considering the cheap price. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they even gifted to me and to other guests platters of fruit and snacks from their ceremonies! This place is great for long stays, I can highly recommend.

This place is a total hidden gem! Super private with just two villas sharing a pool, so it feels really peaceful. The staff are awesome—super helpful with anything you need around the area. There’s even a coworking space nearby, perfect if you’re a digital nomad and need solid Wi-Fi. The kitchen’s fully stocked with utensils, so you can cook, stash your groceries in the fridge—basically everything you need. It honestly feels like a cozy home away from home!

Great place, located near Seminyak beach still not too busy around the apartment. one exit leads directly to Seminyak beach where you can find beautiful sunset! Sari is responsive to all the queries and takes care of things swiftly.

Staying in a Balinese traditional house certainly enhanced the experience. A strategic location, close to several attractions as well as numerous restaurants and boutiques down the streets. Even more ideal for yogis as there are two popular yoga places within walking distance! Great value all in all. Coordination and communication with Imel had been smooth. Be mindful that some amenities are not included but is available at a small price.

What a gorgeous place this is!! It’s private, very quite has a lovely pool (shared) and the kitchen is very well equipped (I’m a chef) and we cooked a lot of nice meals. Good touches where the water filter so your not wasting plastic bottles which is great. Awesome bean bags for lounging on private deck. They left us some snacks too which was sweet. Towels where great quality, bathroom was spacious. Very simple but lovely. Only little issue we had on arrive was the directions (which are perfect) but because the host (who is not around) didn’t know the part of the road just before you get to the villa was closed, like a massive hole in the road and you can’t get through it, we had no idea where our place was. I can understand this must be frustrating to the host if they didn’t know the road was gone. It may help you to change the description whilst there is no road there and therefor the details are not correct. Just before the road works start there is a left turn down the alley and then a right turn down to the villa that would help a lot more to people to find easier. Again some drivers will take you the back way but MOST will not. This is just life and these things happen and it didn’t take away what a lovely time time we had! I would DEFO stay here again, I’ve been to Seminyak loads of times and this was by far the best. The caretaker Wayan is super lovely as his her husband and he even drove us all the way north to our next place. Stay here it’s GREAT!! We had Xmas here and it was super lush x Thanks Carole. We will be back!!

Good location, quiet and safe area. No construction noise. 5 minutes on a go bike to the centre or Canggu. Good location without being right in the middle of the traffic in Canggu. Walking distance to Nirvana Gym. The villa itself is neat and tidy and aligns well with the price.
