Our stay at the villa was charming and delightful. The location was beautiful, offering a picturesque view of the rice fields, and the two-story villa itself was small, cozy, and stylish with a sleek, modern design. The natural lighting made the space feel warm and inviting, and the cost was very reasonable for what we got. The caretaker was incredibly thoughtful—greeting us upon arrival, checking in on us, and ensuring we had everything we needed. The villa was also clean and well-positioned, close to fun activities in Kuta and the waterpark. However, we did encounter a few issues: insects were a nuisance (both bites and dead bugs near the curtains), and the second floor got quite hot due to the air conditioning unit’s placement. Despite these minor drawbacks, we still enjoyed our stay and found the overall experience lovely.

This place is amazing!!! The rooms are gorgeous and the pool is beautiful with a perfect temperature. It is very centrally located so it's easy to walk to restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach. Adhitya is extemelt helpful and responsive. I cannot say enough wonderful things! I highly recommend.

We just completed a four night stay at Joel’s villa. Situated right at the heart of Legian/Seminyak borders, it offers the guest the best location. There are so many great restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the villa. The lane way to get in, has a mix of local homes and holiday villas so feels extremely safe. The villa is very spacious with 4 large rooms and wonderful air conditioning, overlooking the lawn and garden area, complete with pool and loungers so the whole family can enjoy! The added bonus of a fresh water dispenser was awesome, allowing us to help reduce plastic waste. Dewa, the manager and housekeeping team Egik, Ferdi and Chandra are all lovely and any requests or concerns were dealt with promptly. Thanks to Ketut the pool man for taking care of the pool. We would definitely return to stay again. Thanks Joel and Team

I had a great stay. The villa was clean, tidy and spacious - just like on the pics. Location is private, yet just 10mins away by bike from all the restaurants and bars. The host was helpful, responsive and flexible. Would recommend this one to my friends.

Great central location in Seminyak. Great hosts! Pool doesn’t receive much sun early or late in the day.

The place was awesome! The house is pleasant, quiet, original, with a perfect resemblance to the photos! Our villa was wonderful, the pool is very nice and everything is very clean. The bonus is also the flexibility of Check-in, Check-out. The host really wanted to simplify our stay! If I had to come back to Uluwatu, I would definitely stay in this villa again.

The stay was great and the place was as described. The cleaner/helper for the villa was very responsive and gave some key pointers on how to get to certain places via a short cut routes. The place was very well located next to the Main Street but hidden away so no noise of the traffic. The only thing was that there was construction going on and would start at 8am so if you wanted a sleep in it was not possible. However if you are going out on excursions you may not see this as a concern.

Our stay at this wonderful villa was nothing short of perfect. Everything was as described, if not better! The villa is beautiful and very well kept. It has everything you could possibly need. Zee was extremely helpful and went above and beyond when we needed some advice. The location is close enough to canggu via grab. Highly recommend this villa to anyone :)

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Peeti! The villa is well presented, has a great layout, and the staff were great. It’s also a short walk to bars, restaurants and the mart. Will definitely recommend to friends and likely be back! Thanks for having us.

Had an amazing stay at this villa! The place was spotless with daily cleaning, and the pool was perfect for a relaxing morning in the sun with breakfast. Shops were just a short walk away, and it was super easy to grab a bike to the beach. Huge thanks to Kadek and his team for the warm hospitality — everything was taken care of and the service was excellent. Would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed our stay here..Loved it!! Friendly host and the villa has everything you need including BBQ, pool table, indoor and outdoor showers, full kitchen and appliances. Has a media room with Netflix and YouTube which the kids really enjoyed. Lots of space for kids to play, birds and a squirrel that’s hangs around the trees every morning. Amazing artwork and really cool wood carved statues around the place adds a nice touch. Just a short walk to Bintang supermarket, restaurants, bars, spare etc.. close to everything you need. Daily cleaner comes in and night time security guard who stays outside the villa kept us safe. Would highly recommend staying at this place and we will definitely be staying here again. 10/10

Wow 🤩 ❤️ What an amazing family holiday villa. We were a family of 13 people. Ages ranging from 16months to 82 years young. Spacious, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Villa exactly as described and just like the photos. The pool was an oasis to cool off in after exploring and big enough for 6 active kids and 7 adults. The bar fridge was re-stocked daily and very reasonable prices, bintangs, wine and cool drinks. Drinking water refilled every day also. Lovely breakfast included every morning and right on time as requested by us. The location was fabulous. Nusa Dua is a beautiful, quiet area of Bali. We had extended family staying at the Sofitel, 4min walk to the beach and 20min walk up to the Sofitel and other resorts, restaurants along the beachfront. Great laundry just up from Villa and massage place Rahayu. Awesome restaurants out on Main Street also, we enjoyed Balilicious and JD sports bar. Circle K had safe money exchange. Above all amazing staff, thank you all so much 🙏

This place was amazing! The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had two catered meals that were beyond delicious! The staff became friends quickly! they were so caring and wonderful! I wish we could have stayed for longer. We will be back! A very beautiful Airbnb right on the ocean!

Our best Airbnb experience! a beautiful villa, great location and a generous host. Georges team made the experience feel like a butler experience with daily cleaning, organising massages, transport and even laundry. When we were looking for a photographer for a family shoot, Georges offered his own time to come down and take photos. We couldn't believe how amazing they'd be. Bali was the last stop of our incredible Asian vacation, we were not sure when we booked it if there would be enough to keep us busy and entertained so we booked excursions to keep us busy. Although they were great excursions Noah’s place had everything you would need to have an enjoyable time just staying at his place. I am beyond grateful that I had chosen this spot for the end of our journey. Noah, we will be back!

Our Makali villa was super big and spacious and extremely peaceful! Bed was super comfy, the double glazed glass made for a silent sleep and it was super bright and airy also! The building itself is very cool and modern and clean. The host Dara was a darling and was always available to provide information, assistance and recommendations - she organized for us to have dinner waiting for us at the villa which was amazing as we got in very late! A beautiful place and the location was peaceful but right in the middle of the Pererenan Main Street with all the best restaurants, cafes and Therapy Day Spa is at the very end of the lane where I had the best massage I’ve ever had! My only issue is if you like shower pressure the shower is very low pressure, we dealt with it but it’s the only negative I have. Thank you!

All neighbors are in a building construction site. They make a lot of noise during the day

Absolutely loved the villa, as pictured and cleaned daily by the lovely staff. The manager was super helpful answering questions and helping us out where needed. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool. AC in bedrooms works great which was also important to us. Only mention is there was a lot of mosquito's this trip (not a fault of the villa) just worth mentioning, bring lots of bug spray!!

Joshua’s place is beautiful and picturesque, the design is aesthetically pleasing, cleaning was also perfection, the staff were amazing and very helpful. Joshua himself was friendly,kind,responsive and professional, staying here was absolutely worth it..
