This is a beautiful place with a calm, peaceful atmosphere. We loved the garden and the fields with sheep beyond. There are plenty of walks in the area and a nearby café with local produce. We would recommend this property for a quiet break.

We were a total of 14 people in the house and had a wonderful weekend at Karin's house. The house is really huge and has a great garden. We made ourselves comfortable by the fireplace every night. We felt very comfortable there! An absolute recommendation for larger groups. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

The two of us spent a very relaxing week here. If you are looking for a place where you can be completely alone and undisturbed, this is the place for you. The property has plenty of space and you can eat comfortably outside. For relaxing, the Hollywood swing was my favorite. In the neighborhood it is pleasantly quiet, we only heard nature sounds and were allowed to admire an absolutely clear starry sky. Great is also the private access to the Spree, paddling with the in-house boat, ping pong table in the barn, here you can also safely park the bikes or even use the existing ones. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, we didn't miss anything at all. Since we had 30 degrees Celsius almost all week, the air conditioning in the house was particularly pleasant. Everything in the house was super clean. In the area are numerous swimming lakes that can be reached quickly by car or bike. Torsten and Manja were very helpful and quick with requests

Very quiet location in a vacation community built around a small marina. Great communication, easy checkin, spotless and well organized. There is a full kitchen and there are good restaurants in Wandlitz, a 15 min drive. There is a train line nearby which runs to Karkow to switch to the S2. Highly recommended.

The stay was beautiful. Jorg host is a very friendly, friendly man, ready to help if needed. The place is cozy, clean and bright, located near a cozy park. Three supermarkets, a bakery, are 5 minutes from the property. The city of Vernoichen is calm and convenient, in a very convenient location to Berlin, which is very quick to reach by regional train. We were there in early November Nature is beautiful, opposite the house there is a river. You can fish, collect mushrooms, hike, cycle, and visit a bird national park. The house is cozily furnished in country style and is heated with a fireplace that creates a pleasant atmosphere for evenings. The ground floor on the ground floor is a bit cool, so slippers or warm socks are recommended. The bedrooms upstairs are warm and offer a pleasant sleeping atmosphere. The perfect place for nature lovers and anyone looking to escape from the city noise. The property has pets, including two friendly dogs and a cat full of character. Particularly noteworthy is the hospitality of the hosts who have thought of every detail: towels, hairdryer, dishes, cozy pillows, blankets, and candles. We were very please with our stay and will definitely be back.
