Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kumamoto

I arrived in Amakusa in the morning, so it was very helpful to hear from you before noon that I was able to check in!Thank you. The surroundings were also quiet, so I was able to relax for two nights.

A lovely host who was so kind and helpful, and made us delicious breakfast at a great price, catering to our dietary needs. We wished we’d have stayed longer! The photos on the site don’t do it justice, the house is beautiful and in a lovely location. 10/10 would recommend, particularly for groups!

An absolutely incredible place, in an incredible location, with an incredible host. I really can’t fault our stay. Emi was always responsive and serviced the house daily during our 3 night stay—didn’t expect this at all. She was responsive when we had questions. She waved us off. She was the cherry on top for our stay. The property itself—wow! Beautifully finished and well-appointed. We used the sauna and the plunge pool a couple of times a day and admired the views and the Sakura out of the window in the sauna. We dined once for lunch at Cafe Sakura, next door to the house. Amazing food and hospitality. The only thing I could say that’s remotely negative about the place—the bed rolls mightn’t be to everyone’s liking, but hey I slept on one of the ‘western’ mattresses and it was very comfy; and the kitchen is tiny which was a little challenging as we chose to stay in and cook some amazing local product but hey, it is ideal for the space and for most people’s needs. 100 out of 5

Great spot! We loved the glamping accommodations. The pillows were the best I’ve seen in Japan and everything was comfortable. Host was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Great location for being able to do Kumamoto city and Aso national park. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern house with comprehensive houseware

I stayed with two dogs.It was a very clean and comfortable room.Since check-in was completely online and I didn't see anyone at all until I checked out, so I appreciated the stress-free stay with the dogs I knew.

This place was amazing. Better than I expected. So many amenities and a great location and view. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay end of March 2025. This is by far my favorite BNB in the whole wide world! Everything was so well equipped, even has cleansing oil and sanity pads for forgetful humans like me. Owner has beautiful potteries, long list of amenities supply, video games, guitar, and a big table with heater and blanket in the living room. Towels and linens were super clean, the whole place was squeaky clean! Super comfortable to stay in. The beautifully decorated sake area was amazing! We will come back with more friends and family next time! Best of all, it is dog friendly!!! My dog Melly loved it here 🤎

If you want a beautiful, relaxing, private experience for a small group (we had 5, and we were very comfortable) with simply amazing hosts, then look no further for your piece of rural Japanese heaven. We deeply enjoyed the sauna, cold plunge, fireplaces, restaurant on site, and unbeatable hospitality. The level of service and attention to detail makes the price well worthwhile, and the memories you will make will last a lifetime.

It was in a very convenient location in the city and had good access to the center. I was impressed by the atmosphere of the house, the interior, and the great amenities! It is a very nice house that combines Japanese tradition and modern convenience. Recommended for guests from all over the world.
