Townhome vacation rentals in Kuhlen-Wendorf

Beautifully quiet location in a pretty historic terraced house settlement, which we found worth seeing in itself. You can quickly reach the old town by bus or in 10 minutes on foot at the thermal bath. For a weekend in Lüneburg with friends, we were very satisfied and would stay here again, even if there was some waiting time, because there is only one bathroom in the otherwise very spacious house. It's great that everything is available, such as dishwashing tabs, toilet paper, etc.

Was there with my dog and it was wonderful. The Baltic Sea was soon reached and everything else was the same. What is a bit of a pity is that the gentlemen is not fenced but that is probably the case with everyone there. For this, you can keep the dog busy in the forest behind the house and go for a great walk and by the sea. We like to go there again.

Had a lovely stay here in this peaceful and beautiful place. The place was very cozy and well equiped for cooking meals. The scenery was beautiful and the neighbord was kind and helpful. We especially loved the sauna!

This apartment in Lauenburg is absolutely amazing. I booked it for me and my workmates as we had business trip around and we really liked it. This spacious place offers you everything that you need, also its located in the city center. It’s a pity that we had to leave earlier than planned. I am ready to book it again.

Our stay at this charming place was really enjoyable. The location couldn't be better, and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our visit extra enjoyable. The apartment has its very own, cozy atmosphere, which we liked very much. There are some characterful details that show that the space could tell a lot of stories. These small quirks actually add to the special flair of the place and make it special. You can tell that the apartment is a lovely retreat where many guests have spent wonderful times. Some small things might need some attention in the future, but they don't bother the homey feeling that this place exudes. All in all we had a wonderful time and are happy to recommend this special place – especially for those who have a charming and cozy base for their exploration

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! The location is wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing and switching off from everyday life. The property is huge and spacious, which gave our child plenty of space to play and explore. He particularly enjoyed the playhouse (which is a bit outdated). Also great were the alpacas in the neighborhood – it was a pleasure to be able to observe these animals up close. We can highly recommend this vacation home. Unfortunately, a small criticism is the Internet / Wi-Fi. It should be mentioned here that movies or series for bad weather days are best downloaded before arrival.

We were a guest at the Eldehaus for 4 days and loved the house and the surroundings. The inventory is rustic and simple and excellent for families with children. The parking is located right on the promenade, which makes it incredibly easier to get there. At the same time, the promenade is the hub for many activities of any kind. We will definitely be back and make a recommendation to our friends and acquaintances.

There were five of us (two adults, three children) staying in the beautiful house for a week and we felt very comfortable there at all times. The house has charm, soul and plenty of space. We were also happy to explore the garden and the nearby horse paddock. It is nice and quiet and secluded and you can still get to the beach in Kühlungsborn or Bad Doberan in 15 minutes by car. Perfect! Otherwise, I can only say that I can't understand some reviews here at all. If you choose a country house as a destination, you should know that a country house is waiting for it. And there are insects and therefore spiders in the countryside. So if you can't cope with something like that at all, maybe you should choose a soulless package vacation in the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to enter the guest book anymore, but we'd love to come back and pick it up 😊

A really nice cottage, great amenities, very nice landlords

First time in this apartment although we have in one of the others twice, this one was probably slightly better. It’s a great place to stay for a short while, close to Lubeck and Denmark, and the beach in the summer. We will most likely be back. Only thing I miss is a microwave, and the stairs are very steep. Recommended.

Easy to find, great communication from the host, everything clean despite allowed dog taking. In the well-equipped kitchen, I would have liked a few standard spices such as pepper, but that is of course not self-evident. Otherwise, I didn't miss anything. Big plus: Fenced front yard, ideal for outdoor-loving dogs! The only small note for noise-sensitive tenants: due to the direct proximity/neighborhood to the other holiday apartments, it can be a little clairvoyant from time to time, but did not bother me personally. Overall a clear recommendation!

The hosts are very nice and friendly. The house was very clean and quiet. Happily again!

We stayed with Julia over New Year's Eve with two small children. The kids had the most fun, as there were a lot of games in the house and there is an extra playhouse for children in the garden. The location is great, the beach is not far away. The amenities in the house are great, nothing is missing. We would recommend this great place to anyone (especially families).

We were four adults and felt very comfortable. Since our stay was very short with two nights, and we were there for the first time, it was great that you can find your way around the apartment so quickly and easily. It is simply, beautifully, clearly and practically furnished, without superfluous frills. Personally, I liked the equally simple, clear garden and the wide view very much. The tranquility all around is really great. In short, we will be happy to come back (unanimous opinion)! :-)

It was a super nice stay. Right outside the door the horses, you were allowed to use so much, child-friendly, super clean and there was nothing lacking in the accommodation. We will be happy to come back ! Thank you for this wonderful time :)

We were welcomed after a long drive with friendly faces and a fire going on in the living room - the place is spotless and sooo cozy. I wanted to stay longer and just enjoy the peace! Highly recommend. Just the right size for 4 people. Everything is there. Decoration is calm and soothing, just right.

This stunnning two storey 'cottage' is a holiday dream with wonderful views from both the ground and first floor balconies. Despite slightly rainy weather we were able to enjoy the views of the lake and undertake some walks. Everything was as shown in the photos with a modern and comfortable decore and amenities even better than shown online. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook every meal and the bedlinen and towels were of high quality, and the bed very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was very responsive and easy to understand and they were fantastic about accommodating our early check in We would highly recommend this place

The space is great for exploring the area with his family or friends. Access to the indoor swimming pool and sauna provide the necessary relaxation. We felt very comfortable there and can recommend this place.

Everything is great! You definitely don't go wrong here. Location very good. Some traffic on the adjacent road - but not too disruptive. Absolutely recommended!

Maren responded to any messages or questions quickly. She was also very friendly and helpful. The property was clean, well-equipped and had everything we needed. The island is not very large so it is easy to get around by car. I enjoyed my stay in Maren's apartment and on Insel Poel.
