We had a great stay at Sanni’s. Sanni is was very helpful and clear in her communications and made us feel very welcome. Accommodation was lovely , very clean and well equipped . Can highly recommend.

Super nice place to stay. Great for a larger group. We were there with the entire family including 2 dogs. The natural pond was our highlight. But also the very modern bathrooms were an eye-catcher. Everything was very clean, in the kitchen everything necessary is available. The communication with Immo Alliance was also great. Had a small issue with a jamming door last night. But Mark was soon on site and arranged the topic. The surroundings are also great. Both for hiking with alpine pasture visits as well as for other activities. Right next to it is the fohlenhof and the rarities zoo, which is worth a visit for children, but definitely worth a visit for adults. The only thing you need to know if you arrive with a dog that the property is not fully closed. It is completely fenced, but dogs come through without problems. But Mark also had a solution ready directly upon arrival. We were very satisfied all around. We would be happy to come back

Jwala and Karl are wonderful hosts: very attentive, caring and discreet. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay with them. The house has been arranged with love and care, and Jwala's creations give it a distinctive zen feel. The four bedrooms are spacious and cosy and there is a huge living room. The kitchen is well equipped and spotless (as is the rest of the house). The garden itself is beautiful, with magnificent trees under which we loved to have our meals and relax. There is a supermarket and a bakery within walking distance of the house, which makes doing grocery shopping very easy. There are also plenty of hiking trails nearby (we highly recommend the one to the Zireiner See). Thank you Jwala and Karl. We hope to be back.

The chalet looks the same in person as shown in the pictures. Super clean and nicely furnished. It's less than 5 minutes to the ski lift. We were super satisfied. John was very nice and responded immediately.

We had a few wonderful days! Margit gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home! The apartment is very well maintained and the garden was great for social gatherings in the evening. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back!

We felt completely comfortable! Unfortunately, it was very rainy during our stay, but all the more we appreciated this great place. Everyone had their retreat and the dining kitchen and living room invited you to cook and play together.

The airbnb of the Trenkwalder family is a very nice cottage, with great beds and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything is quite new and functioning properly. The airbnb has a large garden with sunbeds and hammock. The location is very good, as you can take many beautiful walks directly from the airbnb (among other things. Kundler Gorge, Reintaler see). The Trenkwalder family is very sympathetic and very proactive and helpful. Frau Trenkwalder immediately upon arrival gave us our personal "Alpbachtal" tourist card, with which we could use for free, among other things, cable cars and the regional bus. She also gave good tips on nice walks and other activities nearby. Herr Trenwalder invited us to his garden party to celebrate his 50th birthday. That was very cozy. To go briefly: A super nice holiday. Repeatable!

The inclusion of an air-conditioner was a delightful surprise. We were thoroughly impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the entire place. It was also well-equipped with top-notch appliances. The location of the property is in a stunning setting. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking and has essential services such as banks, restaurants, and more. While the penthouse's location on the top floor presented a minor challenge, Matthias went above and beyond to assist us in carrying our family's luggage upstairs. This act of generosity and thoughtfulness truly exemplifies the hosts' dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay for their guests. In summary, our time at this accommodation was truly exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it

We spent 3 very nice days with Matthias. The apartment offers everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen. In winter, you can walk along the tracks to both the valley and Rofan. The barn with ping pong table, leisure facilities can be shared with Mathias and family.
