I travel, well, constantly, and Оксана has to be my favorite host of all time. I got in early, booked a room, and she literally came and picked me up and moved me to an even nicer place the next day, and communicated that so smoothly that it was barely a lunchtime blip in my workday. I gave her a hug as I was leaving for the train. Just, the best.
