Vacation rentals in Kožljani

We were 4 girls staying in Dorijana’s apartment and we loved it! The location is perfect, very close to the sea and with restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the building. The apartment looked exactly as described in the pictures and the host was very helpful and friendly whenever we had questions or problems. The warm water was sometimes not enough when we showered directly after each other, but I guess that’s normal. All in all 5/5 stars.

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Giacomo's place was perfect for our vacation in Rovinj. The sea is close, especially using the bikes available, and the city is not too far to walk (about fifteen minutes). The house is comfortable, comfortable, and spacious. The bathroom is new, there is a bidet and the shower is spacious and comfortable. The washing machine works well and the hanging space is under a balcony. The kitchen is functional and there's what you need. I am very happy and recommend this house for your holidays.

A Hidden Gem! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it! The location is perfect – secluded and private, yet within walking distance to the city. The nearby beaches are stunning and easily accessible. The place itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The bed feels like a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep every time. The cleanliness of the entire space is top-notch, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. His hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely keep coming back to this apartment. It's a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

We greatly enjoyed the house and especially the garden. It had many shaded and comfortable spots to sit and read or eat. The pool was a great place to cool down and for the kids to play in. The location given on the Airbnb link wasn't completely right. If you follow directions to the campsite in the village, you will pass by the house on your left. All the rooms have their own bathroom and AC. The only downside was that there wasn't enough water for 2 people to shower at the same time. Nada and her husband really take good care of the house.

We spent five two weeks at the house. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well furnished. You felt right at home. The possibility to bathe in the pool at any time is perfect. This is not huge, but you can swim there comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so extra cutting boards or knives are superfluous. For a stay of two weeks, all beds were made once again. Otherwise, several very good restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity on foot. In the village itself there is a small bakery, as well as a greengrocer. The next larger supermarkets are then all in Umag themselves (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Conclusion: Very nice stay!

Highly recommended apartment! Perfect for two people, very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, exactly as described in the listing. The environment is quiet, very close to wonderful beaches and with a nice promenade in a short time you can reach the center of Rovinj. Filip was a super helpful host, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We hope to be back soon!
