Condo vacation rentals in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

The Filoxenia team pampered us from the beginning of the stay to the end of the stay, given the estimated arrival time at 8:45 am they agreed to an early check-in at no additional cost. Upon our arrival we found Mr. Efprepios who welcomed us with a big smile, provided us with information about the area (even if it was very central) and gave us a bottle of water, bottle of wine and an orange juice. We had a problem with the hot water but it was resolved in less than 10 minutes so efficiency and professionalism at the top. The area is very central because the house is located on the main square of Kos and close to the ruins of the ancient agora, under the house an excellent pastry shop and in front of a 24-hour open place that offers sandwiches and various snacks. The beaches are about a 10-minute walk away and the surroundings are full of bars, tavernas, and great seafood restaurants. I'll keep this place as a landmark. Thank you for everything ♥️

The appartment is located in a special place, near the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed everything. The rooms were comfortable an equipped with all what we need. We definitely recommend it. Hasan gave us many tips and advices to enjoy our stay on Kos. Thanks Hasan, you are an excelent host.

Everything was clean and tidy as we expected for this stay. Everything was as seen in photos. The instructions and descriptions were sufficient for check-in and check-out, and the hosts were helpful with the needs. We received quick and proper responses to our questions. There were plenty of supplies and supplies to be in the house. We had a pleasant holiday, the stay was very good in the morning and especially the sunset view was great

it was such a lovely experience , we felt so much at home, the apartment is so clean, had everything we needed, great location, close to all the sites, lovely gentleman welcomed us, he was so nice, he took his time to answer all of our questions and had many recommendations that were so helpful, would love to stay there again

We really loved our stay at Irene’s place, it was clean and tidy. Just the perfect size for two people :) walkable to get to all the tourist places and right in the heart of the kos old town <3 We loved Kos and would highly recommend this airbnb to those coming to Kos

Anetta’s apartment is located in a calm side street of residential area. It is very clean, with newly renovated bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Minutes away are small markets, with a Kritikos supermarket not far away. Also nearby are the pastry and bakery shop and good restaurants. The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk away down the street. We had great time standing there. Anetta was very helpful, approachable and responded quickly. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the time at Catherine's place. Catherine was also always easy to reach in advance and gave valuable tips (e.g. described the route). On site we experienced Catherine as very open, friendly and helpful. She was within easy reach for questions. On our first night, she gave us very good restaurant recommendations. As a welcome gift, she had provided us with fruit, a bottle of wine and water. So we can only recommend this place.

The houses are small but are located to meet all your needs and have everything. Turgutreis is very close to the center and the employees help with everything

Thank you to Mr. Dursun, who helped us with everything. Although the location is a bit far from the center of Turgutreis, it is a quiet place close to the sea. It's on the street, so it's a little road. Items are new. The house was tidy and clean. There are most items that will be needed. We had a lovely stay experience.

I highly recommend it to everyone, incredibly beautiful, cozy apartment, the hosts of this apartment are just a separate topic, they became family after a couple of minutes, helped with the taxi call, fed breakfast. If I could give more than 5 that would be 100.

Ilkay was a brilliant host. We booked extremely last minute and Ilkay kindly accepted our booking and was at the property to welcome us. She also provided fantastic communication (and patience!). The apartment is wonderfully situated, 10 minutes from beach/marina and beach village. The pool had unfortunately just closed for our stay but would be fantastic for a summer visit with balcony overlooking the pool (and sea). The space was very comfortable for our family of 4 and provided us with everything that we needed (well equipped kitchen and extra towels/linen if required).

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. It felt like a home away from home, and I would definitely stay here again!

It was a very peaceful home. We had a pleasant time. Just having a lot of stairs was difficult with carrying bags. The house can comfortably accommodate 2 people

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We had a great stay at Pawel’s AirBnb, Super easy getting to the place as he helped us find a transfer, Easy flexible check-in. The apartment was perfect for me and my boyfriend, size suited us fine and had everything we needed. Couldn’t complain! Little supermarkets were about 5 mins walk away and there was a big one about 15 minutes walk away! Nice little beach was also a 5 minute walk away. We cycled everywhere, the bike rental place was a minute walk away from the apartment, so for us the main town and the other beaches were about 15 mins away, you could walk to the town from the apartment but would be 30 mins but it is a nice walk along the beach and marina. Very nice apartment in a setting quiet and pleasant with a magnificent sea view and two swimming pools. We had a pleasant stay with the family. A big thank you to Isa for his availability all his valuable advice. We would highly recommend it.
