Vacation rentals with a patio in Kounoupidiana

I had a lovely time here, tastefully renovated, useable spaces and close to the action by serenely quiet. Would come back in a heartbeat

We recently stayed at this Airbnb for an autumn vacation and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The house is clean, well-maintained, and the location is convenient for exploring the area. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and everything functioned as expected. One thing to note is that the hosts live on-site, which isn’t necessarily a problem, but their presence was definitely felt compared to other Airbnbs we stayed in so far. Nevertheless, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a well-kept, dog friendly space with hosts who are nearby to assist.

A lovely place in a cute village, surrounded by olive trees. A gorgeous view from the terrace. The house manager communicates very well, with fast, clear and friendly instructions. Special mention: the owners Elena and Michail also run a delightful restaurant 30min away. It is well worth going, for the food, the view, but most importantly to meet with them! They have been sooo incredibly welcoming and it was a treat to have a chat with them both. I definitely recommend

Everything worked out very well. The technology and condition in the apartment were also impeccable. Britta greeted us personally with her husband and showed us everything in the apartment. She had sent us some links to restaurants and breakfast cafes in advance. These were very helpful The area also seemed to be safe and on Wednesdays there is a weekly market at the doorstep. The way to the city was very easy and easy to master. Excursions such as Balos Beach, Kourtaliotis Gorge, Lake Kournas and Elafonissi beach were also easily accessible by car. If we vacation in Chania again, we would love to stay with Britta again.

We spent 10 days in the property with our 2 1/2 year old son. The house is well equipped, and really offers everything to have a nice time in the area. The village is secluded from the hustle and bustle, but still offers 2 likeable tavernas and cafes; and in a few minutes drive you are on the beach or in one of the numerous tavernas in a neighboring village. Nektaria was a great host, always reachable. We'd love to come back !

10 out of 10! This villa was absolutely perfect for our week in Chania! Clean and spacious, plus a very nice pool that’s kept at the perfect temperature for swims at any time of the day. Lia was so lovely and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here when we return.

Had an amazing stay here! The place is so beautiful and luxurious and the host is super friendly and very helpful. Always on hand whenever we needed help, we couldn’t figure out the air con at first and he sent someone over within 30 mins to help us. This is one of the best airbnb I’ve stayed in, the apartment is amazing, would love to go back in the future!

We felt very comfortable and thank you very much for the wonderful stay and the warm welcome by Krisztina and Michalis. We particularly liked the tranquility, the beautiful scenery and the conversations with Krisztina. The hosts are super nice, friendly and extremely helpful. Our dog (Bolonka Zwetna) also felt very comfortable.

The Airbnb was per the listing. It’s in a great location and close to town by a taxi. We got a wonderful view of the city through the balcony. The rooms are spacious on both floors. The jacuzzi is also a great highlight. Would definitely recommend!

The location couldn’t have been more convenient—nestled perfectly near a market and with easy access to the freeway, it made both shopping and commuting a breeze. The amenities provided were top-notch and ideal for teleworking. The spacious and well-equipped workspace, high-speed internet, and comfortable chair made my remote work sessions productive and pleasant. Stelios, the host, was exceptional. His warm hospitality shone through in every aspect of our stay. As a special touch, he gifted us with a delightful traditional Greek dinner, which was a memorable highlight of our trip. If you’re looking for a convenient location, excellent amenities for working remotely, and a host who goes above and beyond, this Airbnb is an absolute gem. Highly recommend!

Super cozy and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped and very clean.. The place is very well located. You can reach the beach, the restaurants and the old port by walking around. Angela is incredibly kind. She replied to my messages very quickly and helped me a lot with my needs. She takes good care of her guests. Angela had some printed paper towels with the evil eye in her apartment that I really liked and so I sent her a message to find out where I could buy them from. On the way back to the apartment, Angela had left a gift bag for me hanging on the door; a big bundle of paper towels!!!! She really took the time to go and buy them for me. I would recommend her place without hesitation and I will make sure to stay there when I return to Chania. Angela, we thank you for everything❤️ Take care!

A very well appointed & tasteful flat. You feel right at home and we could have stayed longer. In particular, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could ask for. Konstantinos and his wife were very kind and helpful. We would definitely rebook this apartment.

The apartment unit is beautiful, very modern, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe walking around. We rented a car and there were lots of free street parking available. John and Anastasia were very helpful and answered all our questions promptly which we appreciated very much. We had a wonderful stay in Chania and would highly recommend.

A very nice loft type (high ceilings) apartment with a nice open kitchen. Balcony has an optimal sun orientation both for the morning and the afternoon ( in november). Totally quiet. Adonis is a very good host. Good tips and reacts within minutes.

The apartment is as described , very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, easy access from the bus station, public bus no. 11, ticket zone A, while the walk towards the center is a pleasure because you walk practically all the time by the water. Very good contact with the owner of the apartment. To top it off, we were with a few months old baby, it was the need for a crib to sleep and here the biggest surprise, and it's a gigantic plus for the owner...because he just bought a crib for us, which is no extra bed or a tourist crib, and the truest wooden crib that met our expectations. Thank you😀 I recommend with all my heart and we will definitely come back 😀

We booked the apartment 16 days in November, used the kitchen and have been in Chania a lot. On the rainy or cool days it was nice to be in the living room, enjoying the view and relaxing. We really appreciated the proximity to the small but beautiful beaches.
