Amazing place to stay....booking the place was extremely hassle-free with Adhiraj's instructions Prasad ji, the caretaker of the property is a gem of a person.... he'll be always there whenever you need him for anything The property itself is in a very peaceful location...no issues with connectivity since wifi is provided....rooms are very spacious.... although there is just 1 bathroom, more are being constructed when we inquired about the same

It was a lovely house and the caretaker Chandrakant was very friendly. We were very comfortable and the location is lovely.

The host was very helpful. The check in was a cakewalk. The place is exactly as shown in the photos and the view is mesmerizing. It just felt like home. The place is well maintained and with all amenities as mentioned. It is ideal for a staycation.

The cabins were very cutely decorated and gave the feel of cabin in the woods.. The open shower and tub are great additions.. Beach is at walking distance from the stay thru a jungle trail..It's a clean and nice beach..Amit was very responsive and always ready to help..

Aai bungalow was our last destination in the Konkan trip before we headed back to Pune. we stayed three nights here including New Year's, and found what we were looking for. place to relax, calm ourselves, ample space for our son to play cricket in, also the indoor games room was a big hit. our dog loved prancing about the huge property and I was relaxed that he wouldn't run away. Food in breakfast provided by Yogesh ji was delicious and ample. but the real gem is the village of Hedavi itself. very quiet, no loud music, very green, beach was a gem with no crowd and no trash (rare to find such a beach in Konkan now :( ) ..the vegetarian restaurants like Prasad Oak Ji's, and Joglekar's Swaad were both very very nice. the food was pure vegetarian , delicious, fantastic 😍...Hedavi was our find of the year and we would love to visit again soon.

The place is very very beautiful and has a breath taking view. Every corner is made aesthetically with much thought. The garden is well maintained, there is a lawn facing the sea, a terrace with a view and you could walk within the premises for fresh air. It's a dream home for people who appreciate nature. There are so many amenities available that anybody would feel right at home. The place is economically priced as well. The host is very communicative and suggests places to visit. There are certain electrical glitches due to the location in which the property is based. The host has made many arrangements to ensure guests are not inconvenienced. Overall, I was mind blown! I would visit the place again if an opportunity arises!

If you want to escape the busy city life, this cosy Airbnb is the perfect place. It is surrounded by nature, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. At night, you can look up and see a sky full of stars.

We were sceptical on the choice of place, but we're amazed by the level of hospitality. the people were really hospitable, and were really nice people. food tasted amazing, be it chicken curry or prawns, the cook knew how the pallet will like it. veg food was also great and a great cup of tea and coffee. the place is really nice, and allowed our pets to stay without any issues. they prepared chicken rice for our doggos and we all had a great time. amazing and peaceful place. loved it. will visit again for sure.
