Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kosciuszko National Park

Great place for two families to stay for skiing vacation. - Plenty of rooms to have a good quality sleep for 4 adults and 4 kids. - Good variety of kitchen appliances and utensils for all kinds of cuisines. - Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with a stunning lake view to enjoy at dawn or night. - Cozy and huge couch for all people to enjoy the Netflix movies. - There is more in the front and backyard and we wish we could have more time to explore.

A very comfortable clean home with a lovely view of the lake. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, clean and functional. Our host was helpful and photos were true to the site photos. It was near Thredbo and other national parks. I would stay there again and recommend to others. We lived our stay.

Had a family gathering at 6 Grey Mare Moonbah. The property was a perfect fit. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the swimming pool, pool table, the outdoor shed and lovely indoor spaces too. Great location for those of us doing a few local walking trails. Ample parking for all. Recommend Winterwood Lodge. Winterwood Lodge served us well.

We enjoyed our stay at Chulee’s place. The house is beautiful and functional, making it a perfect choice for a stay. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends for their future travel plans. Happy New Year! ☺️

Our family had a fantastic stay and towards the end wished we could have stayed longer. The home is family friendly even considering the stairs. The rooms and living area are spacious and the upstairs deck a great place to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The large kitchen was a great surprise. The location is ideal as it is away from the mainstream crowds and yet an easy walk to Friday Flats. Would recommend Feathers Lodge to a family group or friends wanting to enjoy a relaxing time in the snow.

Highly recommend Rancho Relaxo if you’re after some serenity with the modern comforts. The property is even better than the images! Inside, the painstaking attention to detail that’s gone into the property’s unique design is obvious. Outside is so peaceful and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife including birds, wallabies, roos, ducks. The property was beautifully clean and presented with everything we could possibly need, and the hosts are very responsive. Thanks to Hayley and Peter for sharing their special property with us 🙏

Had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, new, and modern – everything you could ask for. It felt comfortable and cosy, and the aircon was already on when we arrived, which was a nice touch since it was quite hot outside. Parking was super convenient with a great spot right by the door. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay, beautiful view of the lake. Room was quiet, didnt hear any neighbours. Loved it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Had everything we needed. Great communication with Renata. Easy process to access the apartment. Great location.

Whispering Pines 3 was so clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything was as described, check-in was extremely easy; the unit was beautifully clean and well appointed. Close enough to walk to the Jindabyne shops if you want to; close enough to the lake to walk to the water in the trails behind the apartment block. Private and quiet - we felt right at home on holiday. Loved it!

We stayed at Lil’s place over the NYE period and are very happy we chose this place. Onsite parking is right in front of the main door which was hugely convenient. Clear views of the mountains and easily accessible. Can highly recommend for families.

We had a great stay at Wild Pines! The unit was perfect for our weekend away in the snow - nice and warm after long days skiing, and not too far from town. The unit was clean and tidy with nice views out to the mountains and lake. Craig was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Thanks!!

Had a wonderful stay in Jo's apartment. It has an amazing view of the lake and walking distance to it and the local shops and restaurants. Great for families with plenty of beds for the kids and their own TV - always a winner. Apartment had everything we needed to relax after each day walking in the glorious Kosciosko National Park. Kitchen was well appointed with all those things you need to cook and the coffee machine got us going in the morning. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. We came in summer and could see its well setup for keeping warm in the winter. We had a nice breeze coming in from the lake after the warm days. We conquered the Kosci summit and ticked off a bucket list item for us. Thanks Jo.

Great place to stay, very comfortable & well equipped. Communication with Victoria & Peter was clear, consistent & quick to respond. We didn't have any problems, but knew if we did the hosts could be relied upon. Great location, we walked to the shops & restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay in this place was absolutely delightful! The place was not just clean and cozy but also filled with charming details that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. I can't recommend this place enough – it's the perfect spot for a friendly and relaxing getaway!

The property was as shown on the photo. Kids loved the bunkbeds. Bathroom and kitchen was clean and had necessary utensils and toiletries enough for 7 ppl. Will com back again!

We recently stayed at Luke’s Kunama townhouse and had an amazing experience. The place is warm and inviting, equipped with high-speed internet and all the amenities you could need. The beautiful views from the townhouse were a highlight of our trip. Luke was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. The townhouse was spotless and exactly as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kunama. The property was near new and very clean. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The view over the lake was beautiful to wake up to everyday and the location was so peaceful. About an 8 min drive into Jindabyne, it gave us the best of both worlds.

Our stay at Kunama Townhouses was just beautiful. Stunning home, scenic views, close to town and the mountain! What more could you want?
