We liked the apartment very much: it is bright, practical and yet comfortably furnished. It's all there, what you need. Good to know: For the first day it is recommended to bring coffee, milk, oil, pepper and salt if the arrival is like with us on a Sunday or holiday. Shopping is 5 minutes away by car. Also good to know: The bicycle shed is for storing your own bikes or rental bikes, which you can rent in Trassenheide, for example. The contact with the landlady as well as with the manager was very friendly and prompt. We can highly recommend the apartment and would book it again immediately.

We really enjoyed the location, right on the water with the option to enjoy the sunset every evening on the Balokon or with a walk. If you are looking for some peace and quiet and still want to be central for excursions and hikes, this is the place to be. An immediately accessible playground and a meadow also offer families good opportunities. The cafes and restaurants directly adjacent are very convenient. We like the area very much, but you should have a car and definitely pack bikes. The underground parking space with basement compartment was ideal. If you want to use the sofa bed, you have to know that it gets light quickly in the morning due to the sunrise. For us, a completely successful stay, we will be back for sure.

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

Top location, quite new apartment with current amenities. The bakery can be reached in a few steps, it is only a few meters to the pier Sellin and the third shuttle bus leaves almost right outside the front door. Within less than 100 m, almost all restaurants of the place are within walking distance. In the house it is very quiet and the underground parking is very practical for those who arrive by car and want to know it safely stored for the time of the stay. You can have a good breakfast on the balcony, even though the view 'goes out to the back'. Tip: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with wellness bathtub) - for two people actually much too big. We (2 people) booked very spontaneously and were very happy to have found such a beautiful place for our vacation at such short notice. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed 8 days in this very clean apartment. From first contact to departure, everything went great. Anneliese is a very nice hostess who gave us many excursion tips. We were allowed to safely park our electric bikes in the underground parking together with our car. We felt very comfortable there and can highly recommend this apartment.

We had a beautiful stay with my friends at House Stolzenfels in Sellin. The location was around 8 min walk from Sellin sea bridge and the surroundings were beautiful. The hosts were extremely flexible and responsive. Would love to visit again in the future

Everything was great the place was very nicely located and we had a good time. The only thing I was missing a little was maybe oil and a few spices as we still cooked in the evening. Salt and pepper, in turn, were available.

Jana's accommodation offers everything you need for a short break. The place is quiet in itself and very nice. In addition, numerous destinations in the area are worth seeing. The host's tips have also been very helpful. The atmosphere in the house is very pleasant and you can sleep very well in the house. Overall, staying with Jana is recommended!

I had a very nice stay with Mathias and Elisa. You can relax, walk, and explore the surroundings. By bike, you can also get to the Baltic Sea well. In the beautifully furnished apartment, you have everything you need for cooking in a small space. In addition, there was a very nice concert in the host gallery on Saturday!

The place was very easy to reach and check-in was well organized. The equipment is perfect, everything we needed for 3 great relaxing days at the Usedom. Particularly noteworthy is the bedroom under the roof, spacious and very good bed with excellent mattresses and everything wonderfully clean. Thanks a bunch

Everything worked out very well with check-in and check-out. The attic apartment is over two floors and has a small but large balcony for two people. The stairs from the living room up to the attic are quite steep, so only suitable for younger visitors. Outside there is a beautiful small barbecue area with terrace and table. The train station of Trassenheide can be reached in a few minutes and you can reach Swinemünde in Poland by the Usedomer Bäderbahn UBB.

We felt comfortable. Mega location. A "stone's throw" to the beach and promenade. Shopping within 5 minutes. Great!

We had a very nice stay. The building is close to a great seafront promenade. The hot tub is pleasantly heated, which allows use in the evening or in cold weather, but the normal pool was too cold for us. A sauna is also available. We found the chairs at the dining table uncomfortable, but it was fine. The place was very clean and is very quiet. Parking is subject to a fee around the building (Saturday, Sunday free). Or for a slightly cheaper price per day in the underground car park (55 Sloty/day).

A cozy place to stay, just a few meters away from Binzer sandy beach. Everything you need for self-catering and nice contact with Andreas. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable with Zygmunt. It was a lovely atmosphere. The house was very cozy, especially we liked the garden complex very much. Children were happy that there were a lot of play options. We would like to recommend it also for families with adult children

Everything was as described. The check in was smooth with key box. We were even able to get in a little early by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We were actually just missing the toaster in the kitchen, and the bed was too hard for me and my wife. We will be happy to come back. We had a nice time.

We stayed at Dariusz's for 2 nights over Pentecost. The check-in instructions seemed a little complicated at first, but were then easier to implement on site than expected. The apartment itself is super nice, very modern, clean and you have everything you need. Very nice terrace, but can be seen from all sides, but that's how it is in a residential complex ;-) The pool is quite small but was sufficient. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not yet open in our time. Right outside the door is the beautiful beach of Rewal, to the small promenade (down on the left) you walk about 15-20 minutes, there is a little more going on and there are also good restaurants. We were very satisfied with our stay at Dariusz's and can absolutely recommend his place and him as a host! :-)

Wonderful experience right from the start! The place looks exactly like on the photos. It’s very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely be back soon!

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

Comfortable apartment, bright, spacious and clean. Everything is as described and photographed. A convenient form of self check-in, good contact with a polite owner. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The assigned place to the apartment in the underground parking lot and unlimited access to the wellness area is a big plus of this offer.

We felt totally comfortable. The apartment is very quiet and yet you are in a few minutes on the promenade and on the wonderful beach. Absolutely recommended. The weather was great, so we could also use the cozy terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Aleksandra and Sebastian were totally nice and very helpful.
