Our family stay in this apartment was an overall great experience. The decor was stylish and the atmosphere warm and clean. Although an oven was missing, this hardly came into effect, as the apartment offered so many other amenities. The number of doors and the not quite suitable underground parking for our caddy were small points that we noticed. However, thanks to a free parking space provided by the host, about a 10-minute walk away, this was also quickly no longer an issue. A special highlight was the view of the sea. Even though it was on the side, it gave our morning coffee a beautiful setting and enriched our stay. The convenient location of the apartment, close to restaurants and shopping, made everything even more pleasant. This apartment is certainly a good choice for families looking for a cozy and well located accommodation, with the bonus of a beautiful sea view.

We liked the apartment very much: it is bright, practical and yet comfortably furnished. It's all there, what you need. Good to know: For the first day it is recommended to bring coffee, milk, oil, pepper and salt if the arrival is like with us on a Sunday or holiday. Shopping is 5 minutes away by car. Also good to know: The bicycle shed is for storing your own bikes or rental bikes, which you can rent in Trassenheide, for example. The contact with the landlady as well as with the manager was very friendly and prompt. We can highly recommend the apartment and would book it again immediately.

Top location, quite new apartment with current amenities. The bakery can be reached in a few steps, it is only a few meters to the pier Sellin and the third shuttle bus leaves almost right outside the front door. Within less than 100 m, almost all restaurants of the place are within walking distance. In the house it is very quiet and the underground parking is very practical for those who arrive by car and want to know it safely stored for the time of the stay. You can have a good breakfast on the balcony, even though the view 'goes out to the back'. Tip: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with wellness bathtub) - for two people actually much too big. We (2 people) booked very spontaneously and were very happy to have found such a beautiful place for our vacation at such short notice. We will be happy to come back!

It was an extremely successful turn of the year for us. For us, it was the first booking on Airbnb and we were surprised by so much consistency. We were received in a very friendly manner. The place was great, highly recommend it. There is everything you need. There weren't long distances. The beach was 10 minutes walking distance walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Apartment is centrally located in Sellin, so you can quickly get to the pier and beach. The apartment is well equipped and can be used well as an exit point for exploration. Very friendly hostess.

We are always happy to be on the Baltic Sea over New Year's Eve, every time somewhere else. We liked Sellin and also the apartment very much. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The pier and the beach are within minutes walking distance. Were also in the fish restaurant Skipper, is highly recommended.

Located in a quiet side street at Putbuser Schlosspark, Kerstin's place is a good base for activities in the area with a view of overall Rügen. It is ideal for 2 people, cozy and functionally furnished and leaves nothing to be desired (walk-in shower, dishwasher, parking on the property, etc.). Communication with Kerstin was straightforward. The bikes were even prepared for us on request; even if the weather finally ruined us. We felt very comfortable here and would stay again at any time.

The apartment was cozy, everything you needed. Beautiful surroundings directly on the harbor. A few minutes to the hiking trails. Absolutely dog friendly!!! Also welcome for the four-legged friends. Everything worked out. We had a magical weekend on the Baltic Sea even in January. Sauna could even have been used. Perfect!

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

The apartment is very nice, modern and well equipped. Check-in at 4 pm is a bit late and checkout 10 am again very early. If it's okay with the apartment then the apartment is perfect.

I had a very nice stay with Mathias and Elisa. You can relax, walk, and explore the surroundings. By bike, you can also get to the Baltic Sea well. In the beautifully furnished apartment, you have everything you need for cooking in a small space. In addition, there was a very nice concert in the host gallery on Saturday!

The place was very easy to reach and check-in was well organized. The equipment is perfect, everything we needed for 3 great relaxing days at the Usedom. Particularly noteworthy is the bedroom under the roof, spacious and very good bed with excellent mattresses and everything wonderfully clean. Thanks a bunch

We felt very comfortable with Zygmunt. It was a lovely atmosphere. The house was very cozy, especially we liked the garden complex very much. Children were happy that there were a lot of play options. We would like to recommend it also for families with adult children

Everything was as described. The check in was smooth with key box. We were even able to get in a little early by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We were actually just missing the toaster in the kitchen, and the bed was too hard for me and my wife. We will be happy to come back. We had a nice time.

We stayed at Dariusz's for 2 nights over Pentecost. The check-in instructions seemed a little complicated at first, but were then easier to implement on site than expected. The apartment itself is super nice, very modern, clean and you have everything you need. Very nice terrace, but can be seen from all sides, but that's how it is in a residential complex ;-) The pool is quite small but was sufficient. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not yet open in our time. Right outside the door is the beautiful beach of Rewal, to the small promenade (down on the left) you walk about 15-20 minutes, there is a little more going on and there are also good restaurants. We were very satisfied with our stay at Dariusz's and can absolutely recommend his place and him as a host! :-)

Wonderful experience right from the start! The place looks exactly like on the photos. It’s very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely be back soon!

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

Comfortable apartment, bright, spacious and clean. Everything is as described and photographed. A convenient form of self check-in, good contact with a polite owner. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The assigned place to the apartment in the underground parking lot and unlimited access to the wellness area is a big plus of this offer.

We felt totally comfortable. The apartment is very quiet and yet you are in a few minutes on the promenade and on the wonderful beach. Absolutely recommended. The weather was great, so we could also use the cozy terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Aleksandra and Sebastian were totally nice and very helpful.
