This was a great place to stay! Just next to the beautiful palm beach. There are good restaurants around. It was very peaceful walking next to the beach and it is very close to the walled city. Annabelle is very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this place !! Enjoyy ! I'll be back 😍

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. We stayed nine nights and the villa and location were perfect for a wedding we attended at Pernera Blue Waters. Restaurants were in easy walking distance and we can recommend Doma and Sizzlers - plus Pani's for an excellent full English breakfast. Nikos' communication was excellent and he was always concerned to ensure we were enjoying our stay without any issues. The provision of a small automatic Yaris car was a godsend for sightseeing; shopping and for it's aircon! Nikos also kindly dropped us off at the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight to get home. Thank you Nikos and we hope to see you again.

From the minute that we arrived at the villa, we all felt at home. The villa was incredibly comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed, so much so, we rarely left, as the children were so happy playing in the pool every day. I would definitely recommend this villa and would hopefully be back in the near future.

perfect, no complaints atall, had a minor issue with the pools heating one day and a engineer was round and fixed the problem within an hour! the place was perfectly located as a base for holiday, private enough whilst we were there, and close enough to mutiple beaches, shops, restaurants ect that we were stress free and content all week. the gardens perfect for children as it has a very large lawn. the place is exactly as pictured. we will be returning

I'm very happy with my stay. The apartment exceeded my expectations. You can see the sea from each bedroom. The neighborhood is wonderful, perfect for relaxing and walking. However, it should be remembered that in winter there are very few shops, bars and restaurants ( even though there is an open information in google). However, if I were to book, it's only in Protaras.

Had a lovely stay and really enjoyed this Villa. It is spacious and well equipped. The pool is a very good size and the neighbourhood is peaceful and with easy walking distance to several beaches and shops. Plenty of good walking paths nearby and along the coast. Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Stylish One-Bedroom Sea Retreat

We loved our stay at Emanuela's place. After a rough start with a terrible host experience in Paphos, Emanuela came to the rescue and we drove across the island to stay in her lovely apartment. The WiFi worked really well for work calls and streaming TV (Netflix and other platforms were included), the sofa is really comfortable, the table is great for working on and the kitchen is really well stocked with utensils and equipment. The AC heated the rooms (living area and bedroom) really well, and the whole apartment was so clean (Emanuela came to clean it every week too). We had our own parking space (could probably fit 2 small cars) and Emanuela gave really clear instructions when it came to how to use the hot water, etc. It's within walking distance to the beach and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby too. Next time we're heading to Cyprus, we'll definitely be booking with Emanuela again. Thanks for such a lovely stay :-)

As described. The place has a lovely balcony with a panoramic sea view. Comfortable bed in the main bedroom which had black out blinds. The sofa bed was not as comfy but ok for a few nights. Great new shower and hot water. Tea and coffee provided. Highly recommended. Thank you.

We had a terrific stay at Eleni’s place with a family of four. The place is right on the shore with a small cozy beach nearby that never gets overcrowded. 10 mins walk to bars and restaurants, 5 mins drive to a great blue flag sandy beach, great butchery and fish market close by. The house is well equipped and fresh, outdoors zone is cozy and perfect to catch some soft evening sun. My recommendation!
