Perfect weekend getaway stay. Spotless place with great club house facilities.

We stayed at Nilesh’s home for a little around 3 weeks. It felt like home- positive vibes. Our stay was very comfortable - the fully equipped kitchen was great - we could cook regularly. WiFi was really good. The cleaning services were excellent. The views from the apartment are beautiful, it was nice to be able to go for walks around the golf course. There was smog though quite a few times. There were occasional power outages, but usually for a few minutes. There is no generator backup. There is a clubhouse which is accessible to guests for INR 250 per day. The host was charging us INR 400 for it. I felt that was unfair. You can only get the pass through the host. Overall would recommend the place.

We had a very comfortable stay with a smooth checkin and checkout. Neatly maintained with daily cleaning. Owner is very cooperative and ready to go that extra mile during your stay to make you comfortable.

Yogesh's place was exactly as mentioned in the pictures. it was spotless clean and spacious. there was a smart TV if one would like to use. I would have liked a music system but no complains. The balcony has the view to die for. There were a few packets of Maggie and buscuits , tea , coffee , Sugar and Milk. I felt that was very considerate of the host. I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Pallavi's place! The view was absolutely mesmerizing, making every moment feel magical. The space was spotlessly clean, bright, and lively, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Pallavi has thought of every little detail to make guests feel at home. A perfect place to get out of the hustle of Mumbai City and have a peaceful weekend. Ritesh is a wonderful Proactive host who makes it very easy for the guests from the time you check in to the time you check-out. Go for it and enjoy the beauty of Palava City. Best time to visit- June to Feb.

Absolutely lovely apartment. Perfect as a solo traveler for a nights stop. Very clean, today and quiet.

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

We were a large group of friends and we had a wonderful stay at Prannay's villa. The rooms were very clean and the common areas and the pool in general were very well maintained. The sales rep and the caretaker (Viraj) were very courteous and helped us with everything needed. There are tiny resto bars within a 5 minute walk from the place. And with a 5-10 minute drive, one can access the various shacks/restaurants on the Morjim beach. I would recommend staying here!
