Einat was super communicative and welcomed us to her beautiful house. she answered all our questions very quickly and gave us great recommendations to things around her place.

How fun to have people like this and places like this. Aya and Ponty are great hosts. From the explanation of how to get there, through the reception, to answering any questions and wishes. The apartment is perfect, clean, equipped with everything you need, cozy and quiet. And the place? Arrive almost to the seaside on the way to the apartment, get up in the morning and go out to a quiet yard a few dozen meters from the beach - there is no perfect from this. All that's left is to come again, and this time for a vacation. Thank you so much.

We came from a family of 8 for two nights in Hanukkah. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Very bright. Two balconies. You can see the sea well from all the windows (in the photos you don't see it so much). The kitchen is well equipped as well as the toilet and showers. There is one bedroom with a double bed, an exit to a small balcony and ensuite toilet. This is the room within which there is the study (it is not a separate room). Another room with a double bed that connects to a room with a double sofa bed. There is a TV there (which were unable to turn on. There is a large TV in the living room of course). And another nking room with two single beds. The beds were comfortable for all of us. The living room is also very comfortable. We arrived in the winter and it was rainy and all this we found places to go out in the area and delicious food to order. The only thing that bothered me was that when we arrived the house was still not ready and we had to wait in the lobby until 3:30. (We arrived around 3:15 pm). It didn't feel good. But I didn't see any similar reviews so maybe it's really something that was one-time and unrepresentative. Overall a well maintained apartment, designally interesting, close to the sea. Air conditioned,, with heaters in the baths as well. We had a great stay.

The apartment is spacious and bright, with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the highlight is the huge terrace with an amazing sea view. David is a very nice host who is always available if you have any questions or concerns. The only thing that could be improved is the lack of TV channels and a dishwasher. However, the apartment's location in the city is amazing. The Ashkelon Marina, with its shops and restaurants, is within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you David!

Great place. Very clean and generously stocked with anything you might need. Location is prime in Ashdod. Highly recommend
