Lee's place was perfect for our family of four (two teens). The house had a ton of space, great views of the beach and the lush trees, and is well situated to walk into the village. We loved cooling off in the private pool which had very tranquil surroundings. The property is very close to Srithanu, a bohemian-style village with loads of restaurants, a beach and a cute night market. Lee was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and gave us a lot of helpful tips about the island.

The villa was great. Walking distant to Fishermans village, restaurants just down the road. We had a rental car dropped off and picked up from the villa, which was very hassle free. Kitchen equipped with enough to be able to cook a meal there. Beautiful views from every room. The pool was fabulous and cleaned every day. All rooms had air con. 7eleven close by (could walk) to pick up day to day bits.

chittraporn and her husband and lovely generous people. She responds immediately to all questions. They are very interested their guests. the house is located in a quite area with a lovely pool. the beach area is small and to access a longer beach it's only 5 mins away on a scooter. For a long stay I would recommend having your own transport as the restaurants in walking distance are only a few. Also the supermarkets are a good 20; min walk.we organised our scooter hire via Chittraporn and it was great delivery amd price. highly recommend this home.

Stunning Villa very quiet surrounded by nature. Short taxi ride to lots of nearby places. Perfect if you want to be away from the nightlife but can easily get to by taxi. The pool was great the beds were super comfy Everything we needed would highly recommended

Ah! What a pleasure it was to live and experience Koh Samui at Pannipa and Markus’s villa ❤️ Pannipa is so beautiful and so friendly. We were welcomed with big smiles and that just made our day! The villa is BREATHTAKING! The pictures don’t do justice at all! It’s such a dreamy place. We TRULY relaxed here. The views from every corner of the villa were just 🤌🏼 and the private pool ❤️ missing it already! We (Vishnu and I) were here for 2 days to celebrate my birthday in tranquility and we really lucked out as those were the only 2 days the villa was available! Pannipa and Vishnu arranged a lovely birthday cake, delicious papaya and really surprised me! Thank you so much for being the friends we miss from back home. It truly felt like home ❤️ what a PERFECT way to end our Thailand trip. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience Pannipa and Markus! You both are AMAAAAZING! This was our third time staying at this absolute gem…. View is unparalleled and brings a sense of calm. The villa needs some TLC, but if you can look past some maintenance issues, you will not find a more peaceful villa in Samui with amazing views. Nok and her team do a fabulous job managing the property. Service team are in and out like clockwork. Our only gripe is that the pillows suck. We bought our own. The ac works well in bedrooms (key) but main floor not so much - we would just jump in the pool! Highly recommended if available!

We were very warmly welcomed. Our villa was equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. Towels and linens were provided free of charge for the entire period. Our villa had a 4 × 8 m pool that was professionally cleaned twice a week. Nina and Valerie are very accommodating and lovely hosts. You immediately feel as if you were in family. We stayed there for two months and would have liked to have stayed much longer our vacation plan would have made it possible. There were three dogs on the property that were very sweet. They guard you and the grounds and you don't have to be afraid of them, because they protect you and you feel very safe and comfortable there from the beginning. The property cannot be entered easily by strangers. It is protected by a high wall. It is very quiet in the complex. We enjoyed the bird voices in the morning hours.

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.
