Excellent stay. I totally feel like home. Beautiful view and nice a big community. Lobby staff very nice and it’s also a nice are to relax. Garden and swimming are the best. Apartment is very clean and big enough for small family. And $1 or $2 you get any place in downtown. I recommend this highly.

Smart apartment with a great shower, comfortable bed and a peaceful vibe. The pool area is outstanding- beautiful, tranquil. I was particularly struck by the size of the pool - it’s possible to have a proper workout and I enjoyed a refreshing, long swim. An all round good place that is well worth the money. Communication with the host is very good, too, and he responded to my requests swiftly.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this apartment. The hosts were responsive to our questions and provided local recommendations and suggestions. The apartment was spacious, clean, and as described in the profile. There were lots of food stalls, grocery stores, and coffee spots within easy walking distance from the apartment. The apartment building also had a convenience store located in the lobby. So, it was super easy to navigate. Tuk tuks were readily available when we wanted to explore outside the neighborhood. The price was always really affordable. It was nice to have a nice-sized apartment to return to after a day of seeing the sights in Phnom Penh. I highly recommend this nice condominium! The rooms is spacious, useful items (washing machine, dishes, utincils etc) are ready to use. The host is very responsive and supportive. I'd love to book this room for next time!

We loved our month long stay at Bali Residence 3, we felt right at home. We especially loved the balcony with views to the Mekong River, it was always so much cooler than being out and about (Dec/Jan). The kitchen is well equipped and the WiFi worked, I also used the gym regularly. It was only about AUD$3/4 to get to Phnom Penh by tuk tuk.
