Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kodiak

Robin’s house was perfect for 6 guys on a fishing trip. It was convenient and suited our needs well. We hope to return next year

Great location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. The stairs leading up were steep and no lights at night so something to be aware of. A soap dish and towel hook in the master bath would also be helpful. Overall perfect for us and would stay there again! Thank you.

Marion is a 5 star host. Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was pristine, stocked with goodies and a wealth of information. Marion shared tidbits about the area, recipes and local lore. Repeat Customer here, I've spent 2 weeks here in both Sept 2023 and 2024. Great location to walk to Brewery, Cidery, Coffee Shop, the Harbor, food trucks and prominent restaurants in Kodiak. Little to no traffic. This is a great place for you to base out of and explore. When we stay, its myself and my fishing buddy. We occasionally have local friends swing by to visit and hang out for an hour or two. Our host Laurie, delivered us another chair to make it more comfortable for us to spread out and visit so we all didn't have to sit on the same couch. It has been mentioned in other reviews there is an apartment upstairs, and yes when some is there, you can hear whoever is there when they move around. For us it wasn't a deal breaker, I never heard anything during the night. The place is clean, has a great deck to drink your coffee and watch the boats move in and out of the Harbor. Book it.

This was my second stay and it was just as nice as the first. The view is beautiful and the apartment is very comfortable.

A great spot to visit Kodiak. We had easy access to get in and out with a spot for a car. We were able to do laundry in the middle of a two week trip which came in clutch. It’s tucked back in a neighborhood so it’s quiet but seemed fairly central to most things on the island.

Steven’s place was perfect for what we needed for a couple nights in Kodiak as we were out and about majority of the time. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with appropriate amenities and even had many seasonings for cooking. Great place to stay. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Puffin Place! The home was extremely clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay! It was a last minute booking, as we had some unexpected travel plans change, and Stephanie was extremely communicative and helpful in getting us all booked and the home ready quickly- thank you, Stephanie! We appreciated everything! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, perfect for traveling hockey parents!

Our party of six stayed a week at Lovelyn's place. It is very spacious with an adequate amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. The place is close to shops and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay!

This property is the epitome of an OUTSTANDING Airbnb stay. Sara should be a super host. The place is exactly as described in the photos. It is welcoming and has been really designed to prioritize the guest experience. So many details around the house make for a great stay. The kitchen is super well equipped so for anyone who likes to cook this is great. We found the place to be very clean and all beds made up ready for our arrival. Sara is very responsive and once again her interactions were always led by prioritizing the guest experience. The area is super and although we rented a car we enjoyed walking to the restaurant and coffee place recommendations that were in the welcome book. This is one of the best Airbnb stays we've ever had and can't wait to return.

This was a totally awesome place to stay long-term while in Kodiak. It was close by to grocery stores and we really enjoyed it as a base of operations for our two and a half weeks.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Kodiak at John's place. There were 11 of us and everyone had a comfortable bed or futon to sleep on. We were there for my 30th high school reuion and it couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you again for sharing your awesome house:) Samantha Buell
