Great location, great view. Well worth the money.

The place was really nice. The host was even nicer, helping us with whatever we needed and always available at all times. Very good place to stay for short visits.

This is one the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed ,it’s located in a prime location with a good view of the sea ,I would definitely stay here again ,undoubtedly a 5 out of 5 experience.

We very much enjoyed our stay here (seven weeks part holiday, part remote working). It is in a nice location on Vypin which suited our circumstances with a young child - we were close enough to the city to take day trips and also had options in and around Vypin, Fort Kochi and beyond. The apartment was spacious, well organised and as stated in the advert. Don and Albin were very helpful in giving suggestions for places to see and how to get around the area which made our settling in a lot easier. We would definitely consider coming again.

The place was quite spacious and well maintained. It’s a minute walk to the beach, and I must say that this beach is extremely pretty and secluded. The terrace has a good view of the Arabian Sea and there’s a porch too to enjoy the view during sunset. There were kitchen items also available, which made my parents extremely happy as it allowed us to make breakfast. However, the water jar only had 5 ltrs of water which can improved in the future. Overall, the experience at this beautiful place was mesmerising and memorable.

We had a fine stay. The interiors of the property are beautiful, perfectly matching the photos. All functional amenities were available - iron, washing machine, clothes drying stand etc. There is ample space to park the car and lots of common spaces to sit together. The kitchen is very well kept. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near Fort Kochi!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Kochi! The location was perfect—close to major attractions like Fort Kochi. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Gayathri was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful recommendations for exploring the city. The amenities were just as described. The highlight of this villa is the view of the beach from the balcony and terrace. Sitting there with my friends gave us great memories together. Overall, a great experience! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kochi and would love to stay here again in the future.

Had an amazing stay here. It’s a perfect place to escape busy life. Property is amazing and very clean.

My partner and I really loved our stay and felt at home right away. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful right next to the river. The rooms and interior are very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it is a bit secluded, far away from the chaos of the roads. Mary and Tersa are outstanding hosts with heart and soul. We were so well taken care of when we were both not feeling well. Teresa made us medicine for our belly's and checked in with us daily if we needed anything. We felt so cared for and were back on our feet in no time. With all of our frequent travels we rarely have seen such a dedication and care from our hosts. Thank you Mary & Teresa for having us! We will come back again anytime. We wholeheartedly recommend this serene and beautiful place for those who wish to stay in a peaceful environment with amazing hosts.
