First of all, it was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was convenient because it was within walking distance from the station. There is a convenience store nearby, so I used it comfortably. Most of all, it was nice that the host was good at once and responded quickly!!!

Enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean & had all the basic necessities. There is also a street market nearby & the family mart is just in front of the Airbnb! However, it is a bit of a distance from the train station & I thought there will be slightly more spacious. The corridor at the kitchen & bathroom area is quite narrow. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Hirasawa san is a very friendly host and responsive. He allowed us to park our luggage early and provided delicious breakfast. The hotel is close to Fukushima station, which is convenient to go to universal studios and Osaka, and lots of local restaurants nearby.

Amazing place! It was extremely spacious and cozy. I hope to visit it again in the future!

This is one of the rare occasions where the host really cares for the customer not just on a business level but in a more personal one. In terms of place, the unit is very clean. It's more leaned on the traditional side of Japanese architecture. Pictures also looked exactly the same. I will definitely recommend Asami's place to everyone who wants to visit Kyoto. All the reviews here mentioning their hospitality is 100% accurate.

It was great to stay at Yoshikata's place, especially with how close it is to Dotonburi and the shopping district. The host was extremely helpful and our luggage didn't arrive from the courrier service and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. If you are travelling here in the colder months just be mindful that the heater takes some time to warm up but once it's going the place gets warm.

Wonderful stay for our first time in Osaka. Would definitely recommend this place for those traveling in pairs!

Room was clean and as described

Place was very suitable for us (not-so-young ones)! Quiet at night, and spacious esp for 3 people. Yasu and his team were extremely helpful and supportive, from booking time to check in/out, including recommended public transportations, etc. Things we recommend in unit: (1) add some firmer pillows ; (2) add non-slip bath mats inside shower, and outside door shower as step down is a bit high for us (elderlies) and can get slippery ; (3) seems no wifi signal on 2nd floor (?) - unless we didn’t ask how to turn on / why none, maybe add a wifi extender? Nonetheless will definitely stay here again … should we get a chance to come back to Osaka ! Thank you Yasu, Willy, Kana, etc.

great location walkable to all central areas and stations.

The host is super friendly and always explained how to play including the bus, how to sit on the bus, it's really great, the room has everything you can do to eat, it's very comfortable, the surrounding transportation is convenient, the sleep is very quiet like home, I want to come again next time!

house was spacious and homely. location was great and is accessible by multiple train station exits. only negative was that there were hair on the bed and pyjamas given. appreciate the access to netflix and the washer in the house! there is also a shared washer and dryer at level one.

We really enjoyed our stay in a traditional home, it had everything we could need and in a quiet location surrounded by great local restaurants. Very close to the train station and took us less than 30 mins to get to Universal Studios on public transport! Taro is a great host, responding to questions quickly and is a great local guide making great recommendations.

It feels convenience when staying in this homestay. It is near dotonburi with walkable distance and it is superb near Osaka metro station. Ground floor of building has 7 eleven and restaurant for breakfast. Owner is friendly and always provide good guidance. We feel great when staying in this homestay. There is 1 cons which is related to the noise of car which overspeed on road as the building is near the road. However, if you are feeling tired, you still able to sleep no matter the noise. Overall, it is a great homestay I ever stay. We all so like it.

We really liked the small studio. It was clean and had everything we needed for a two day stay. Kazuma was so friendly and helpful with clear instructions. I needed an iron and Kazuma sent it immediately. We also really liked the location as it’s just one step away from Shin Osaka and maybe a 20 min walk to the Shin Osaka station if you don’t have heavy luggage.

Beautiful and spotless apartment in a great location - with a welcoming and friendly host to match! We really enjoyed our stay :)
