Fantastic place to stay! Endless space and facilities….beautifully maintained and presented

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this fashionable and quirky condo with my family. The attention to detail in the design makes it truly unique. The host was attentive, and communication was spot on throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again. Five-star service all the way!

The space is gorgeous. We were lucky enough to get house no. 1 right on the water. That's the one from the photo. There are several houses of the same type on the property. Some of the houses on the other side of the property are privately used. Unfortunately, also from a chicken keeper whose roosters were disturbingly loud. Especially when it started to get light early in the morning. The interior design is as described, with a pleasantly quiet air conditioning. The seawater is actually very shallow at this point. At low tide only about 40 cm and at high tide 90 cm. Also disturbing are large stones in the water, which start after about 1-3 meters and stop again after about 7-10 meters. After that, everything was sand. As you can see, I rated everything positively. Only the big stones in the water and the crowing roosters are somewhat (!) negative.

We had such a lovely stay at Jeffrie's Villa! Just a 5-minute drive from Fisherman’s Village and within walking distance of a few great local restaurants, however like a lot of Thailand, the walkways aren't the easiest to get around. The location was convenient without being too busy. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the complex was lively, we weren’t disturbed by any noise, and it still felt peaceful and relaxing. The kids especially loved the large pool and water slides! Jeffrie himself was a great host. On hand for both check-in and check-out, and always quick to respond to any questions we had, including lots of recommendations to do in the area. While the villa isn’t quite beachfront, it’s only a short 10-minute walk down to the sand through the complex. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a well-located, comfortable and amazing value stay in Koh Samui!

It’s a great place to stay right on the beach, if you’re luckier than us with the weather, you’re gonna have a great time! Obviously of note, just as other reviewers mention, the cafe next door does indeed play music all day long until ~1am or so every day, however all the bedrooms are on another side very much away from the noise. Didn’t hear a thing when sleeping! The first floor is unusual - it’s completely open and stays open like that, as there’s no door on the beach side. However, that’s not a problem as the beach is super safe and we had fun just lounging in that area after a long day of exploring. Hosts were extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and scooter rentals. All in all, this is probably a place suited for the younger crowd, so definitely go ahead, book it and have fun!

We felt very comfortable at the place. It is easily accessible by scooter and right by the sea. Highly recommend! Scooters can be rented nearby, you are in Lamai in 5 minutes and Chaweng in 15 minutes.

we absolutely loved our stay at Moons Villa Dune. the villa looks exactly like it does in the photos. Moon makes sure to keep the space clean and tidy; she also arranged for the villa to be cleaned during our stay for free of charge. she sent smone to clean out the pool within an hour of checking in on request :) from the day of booking until the end of our stay Moon is also very helpful with local recommendations as well!❤️ the stay is definitely worth it. quite peaceful and soooo calming. Moon and her husband are extremely sweet, welcoming and helpful. along with the lovely villa it was very nice meeting them 😊

Stunning Villa very quiet surrounded by nature. Short taxi ride to lots of nearby places. Perfect if you want to be away from the nightlife but can easily get to by taxi. The pool was great the beds were super comfy Everything we needed would highly recommended

Great stay at this beautiful Villa, a short walk from Crystal Bay & many good local restaurants. Great communal spaces & loads of space for our group of 7 adults - having en-suites with every room is a big win. Great communication from Petra, would definitely stay again 🙏

The villa is amazing and fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Simon is a great host and very responsive; he kept in touch before and during our stay to make sure we are having a nice stay. The trees were cut before our check-in which affected our privacy a bit while in the swimming pool. The team provided an umbrella which fixed the problem. We would love to go again next time we are in Samui.

My partner and I loved our stay! The location and vibe were perfect. Would definitely recommend hiring a bike to get around to all the cute beaches and local cafes. We wish we stayed longer! Moon was a wonderful host.

We had a great stay in the villa! It is neat and clean, very modern and the hosts are very kind and helpful. The view and the infinity pool are spectacular. As the villa is located on a hill, renting a scooter (160 ccm) is advisable.

Jenni is an extremely trust worthy host. She is so genuine and kind, and wants you to have the best holiday which she shows through her great activity recommendations and small finishing touches. She is very knowledgable on the island and very helpful with transfers etc. I felt like I was in safe hands when I stayed here. The property itself is very well kept and clean, and the private pool is really the selling point of this villa. The house and pool are cleaned regularly and pest control comes too to ensure complete peace of mind. 10000% would come back and hope to see Jenni again soon. Thanks Jenni for an unforgettable trip of a lifetime.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a stocked kitchen to cozy lounge areas perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustle of palm trees, followed by breakfast with a view of the ocean, was truly unforgettable. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive from local restaurants, markets, and beaches. Whether we wanted to unwind or head out for some island adventure, everything was within reach. This home made our Koh Samui trip incredibly special. We left feeling relaxed. We'll be back

We had a great vacation as a family. The beautiful beach was quick to reach. We felt very comfortable here. Unfortunately, the night market in Maenam no longer exists.

This place was perfect! A great location, close to one of the most popular areas on the island, Fisherman’s village - but private & quiet! Super spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. As someone who works from home, the WiFi and AC was great. A few minutes walk from a small shop for water and treats, as well as a friendly CrossFit gym. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Lovely house to a very high standard. Comfortable beds, great location and great communication and support by the host! Snacks and coffee machines were a bonus. Tvs everywhere. Really enjoyed our stay.

We felt very comfortable! In the morning, we jumped directly into the pool, which is cleaned daily. There are many good restaurants in the area, especially the Hua Kati on the beach. Dave gave us good tips. We were also able to buy groceries nearby.

Transfer from the airport with Mr Wat seamless and successful drop off at the property within 15 mins (500THB). Reception by Alice (villa manger) was great and we were walked around the property which matched the advert description and our expectations. Wonderful pool area. We had an unfortunate incident during our stay but this was dealt with and rectified by Marine and team within 24 hours of reporting the issue. We had a great time in the villa and would recommend the service that Marine offers with her colleagues and the fabulous properties on offer. We would definitely stay with Marine and team again. Was a really nice and relaxing place to stay. Definitely worth the money, and the beach was quite peaceful

The house is suitably designed for families. The main house has 2 bedrooms and there is 1 bedroom by the pool. Outdoor areas were perfect. Easy for parents to watch children in the pool, deepest part of the pool is 1.4m, and there is a sitting bench in the pool. Made it feel safe for the kids. The beach also had calm waters in. We made use of paddle boards, yoga mats, pool toys. The staff, Khun Jeap and Khun Dao took care of us so well, super friendly with the kids and were never intrusive. Would highly recommend dining in a few nights and make use of the in house chef - Thai food was delicious. Khun Jeap was happy to share recommendations and nothing was lost in translation, her English was excellent. Will acknowledge that there is some noise from the road, but we turned on the ceiling fan and the white noise cancelled it out. We had a lovely holiday and would not hesitate to return. Thank you!
