The Self-Checkin was very easy. We had difficulties in finding the right parking sport and Queenie and team were so helpful with responding literally within seconds. We were in the wrong tower :D Also, the view was unbelievable. The restaurants nearby are all authentic and super yummy. Box Hill itself is a lovely neighbourhood with nice houses and these skyscrapers. People leave you at your peace. The Box Hill Central mall is just a few walking minutes away and offers you a big variety of food (and woolworth). Public transport is also located within the central mall. We had a nice stay. Would recommend!

Fantastic apartment. Beautiful interior, beds had the best softest linen any of us have ever slept on! Fantastic layout with master bedroom at one end, remaining bedrooms at opposite end. We recently stayed at Kevin's apartment while traveling from interstate. Despite a delayed check-in, Kevin was very accommodating and helped us access the keys. However, navigating the access to apartment through parking area was somewhat challenging by ourselves. The apartment was a good size for our family of four and offered convenient access to shops and the train station, which made our stay practical. The large windows provided beautiful, unobstructed views that we absolutely loved. That said, the space felt a bit cluttered with furnishings and things. While I appreciate the effort to make it comfortable, a bit less would enhance the overall experience. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Kevin!

It's a neat little apartment best suited for a small family, mainly because there's only one bathroom, which is connected to the master bedroom by a sliding door. The sunset view from the balcony is superb. I really love Dave's attention to detail and how thoughtful he is about what his guests might need. The amenities are above the standard of many Airbnbs we've stayed in.

We have a very memorable stay @lex place. Very convenient stay. We really feel at home. We like to cook our own dishes, and has no problem as the wooly and asian store just downstairs. Definitely recommend to others and will definitely return someday.

Vanessa was the perfect host. Her exceptional communication facilitated not only the booking process but the stay too! The ambience was spectacular and the views from both the accommodation itself and the spa room were to die for, the entire experience was really romantic and perfect for a couples retreat/getaway! Definitely recommend this stunning property for your next holiday or staycation, so much to do around the area and such a beautiful location overall. If you have a really big car (height or width) you might struggle to get into or out of the property as there are some tight spots on the avenue with some low branches too, however we managed just fine with a 2.35-2.4m vehicle. Can’t wait to stay at this property again, Vanessa‘a hospitality is truly commendable!😊

The Airkeeper staff was very nice and very quick to respond. The property is close to the mall, convenient transportation, and comfortable to live in.

Very clean apartment and accurate description. Easy check in and good communication. Access from car park to apartment was quick which was helpful for my elderly parents. Great views to the Dandenong Mountains. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping centre an easy walk. Public transport was also close by - about 40 minutes to Melbourne CBD on train.

A clean place to stay. Train station and shopping complex is just next to the building.

Jess was an amazing host, made the check in process very easy and communicated well. The place was absolutely breathtaking, I truely felt like a princess staying there. It’s such a bigger space than the photos seem. The spa bath is huge as well!!! Absolutely loved that the doors opened up to the lounge so we could easily watch tv. Jess’ communication was incredible. The only complaint I have was how much light came through the bedroom in the morning, but that’s my issue due to being a late sleeper and not an early riser hahaha!! Definitely bring your eye mask along if you enjoy a sleep in.

We really loved our stay! Felt Homey, was peaceful and super close drive to some beautiful restaurants. Perfect for a weekend stay away from the city. I would definitely go back!

Lucy's place was great, very convenient and clean and the pool is an added bonus. Would definitely stay again!
