We absolutley adored staying in Charlie's place for the week. We've been to many air bnb's but this was our favourite! Excellent location, so clean and honestly felt like a home from home for me, my husband and our 2 year old. Gorgeous outside decking area and easy walk into Pickering with easy parking just around the corner. We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was homely with everything you need. The Lord Nelson pub was just perfect with some very friendly locals and a great pint! Ingrid and Ric were thoughtful hosts who provided us with useful local information and a pint of milk to make a cup of tea at the end of a long journey! A lovely village and an amazing cottage.

This is our favourite place to stay when we visit Halifax, especially when we want to bring our two dogs. It's only a few minutes' drive from the Piece Hall, Shibden Hall, the Bankfield Museum and other places we like to visit, but it is quiet and feels like countryside. Fields are on two sides, with deer and foxes that sometimes pose for us in early morning or at dusk. It's always clean. Everything we need is right there. We especially love have enough of a freezer to bring a week's worth of our dogs' favourite food. In the Halifax area we really don't want to stay anywhere else.

Lovely, cosy home, exactly as described and pictured. Kind and helpful host. Great location, across from an excellent supermarket, and just a stroll from the center of town, with the city walls and York Minster and The Shambles.

We had a lovely stay at Kate's house. We loved walking into town through the park along the river. The house was clean, stylish and comfortable with outside space. It was also great to have parking and take our dogs so we had a super time at Russell Street.

Beautiful place with beautiful surroundings. Lodge was clean and ready for when we arrived, delicious restaurant on site too. Went as a couple for a celebration- would definitely recommend

We had a comfortable and cozy break at Charlotte's Cottage. The grounds were the beautiful and perfect for our dog!

Lovely stay, shepherds hut was well equipped and had all you needed and was nice and cosy inside… outdoor space was also great and we loved the hot tub and bbq facilities which were provided. Gillan was a great host and showed us around, but privacy was not invaded which we liked. Would definitely recommend a stay here

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

This was a very special place to stay. The description doesn’t do it justice! It is spacious, well equipped and has lots of extras! We had an electric issue but it was sorted very quickly which we were amazed by as it was a bank holiday weekend. The neighbours were super friendly and even changed our flat tyre.

We loved our time here, surrounded by nature - and lovely isolated place for a reset. Hoping to come back at some point, possibly for a winter getaway. Everything was dead easy - parking, self check-in, location, lodge itself, just very easy and homely. Highly recommended.

Honestly can't rate this place highly enough. We planned to stay for 2 nights but had such a great time we ended up staying an extra night. Extremely clean, lovely and quiet (it was off season) and plenty of places walkable or within a short drive. Everyone on the site seemed lovely and Angela was very responsive and gave lots of really good information before and during our visit. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

If there was a six star rating then I would definitely pick that! Julian’s house is superb, we stayed for 4 nights after the new year as a family and have had the best time. The house is just beautiful in a gorgeous location and very spacious. There were 9 of us and 3 dogs all together and we had more than enough room. I would wholeheartedly recommend Foxhall farm along with Julian and Jolene who are great and very helpful. Thank you for fab holiday 🥰

we had a fantastic stay here. the cottage is beautiful, the garden with pod is perfect to enjoy the local scenery. it was the best sleep I've had in months, so quiet! John was always on hand if neded and very friendly & helpful. we felt very welcome. the cottage has everything you need and more!! I especially loved the history of the house and the way if was decorated/accessorised. my daughter absolutely loved it!! she is 10 and was very sad to leave. I'm certain we will return! the pub up the road was amazing...a lovely walk for tea! food was delicious and very good value. I would highly recommend this cottage and can't wait to come back. thank you John for being a wonderful host and letting us share in the history of this magnificent building.

Fantastic and extremely clean stay! Lynne greeted us on arrival and made us feel right at home. A very detailed instruction pack was provided which made it easy to know how to use the various appliances in the kitchen and rooms. The location is so peaceful and feels very secure, and the accommodation itself was so cosy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for any future stays!

We are first time visitors in Skipton and glad we stayed with Mel and Jason's place. It was near to the place we were meeting with friends so that comes handy with us getting uber to and from the place. We were out much of the day so it's just nice to come home to a cozy place. Mel and Jason were responsive and timely with their reminders. They also offered some bread, eggs and butter which was thoughtful.

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

We've just returned from a short stay at my happy hounds. Our glamping pod Hugo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless considering these are dog friendly. The welcome pack was also a nice touch with all quality items. We have 2 dogs one that is very nervous, he settled in well as it was peaceful and private and having ample space for them to run and play at the pod and the secure dog fields, these are a great facility for anyone traveling with a dog. It's only a short drive to find local amenities and finding my happy hounds was easy with Google maps being accurate. The communication from Harry was excellent with plenty of information and help if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have already started talking of booking again for the future. Me, my husband and our two dogs had another fantastic stay. After coming last year we knew what to expect and it did not disappoint. We received a lovely welcome gift of chocs/crisps/prosecco along with a love heart balloon and even dog treats :) We love coming to this home as it is extremely peaceful with beautiful surroundings and we always enjoy walking to the local pub which is about a 25-30 min walk. The home is always very clean, tidy and we always feel right at home and nice and cosy. We’ve found our perfect little getaway therefore we will definitely be back. Thank you! 🥰
