A perfect accommodation suitable for a couple or a small family with children. Walking distance and close to everything; ski slopes, cross-country trails, restaurants, ski shop and ICA shop. Sleeping loft with two 120 beds, sleeping alcove with two beds, living room with kitchen area, shower, toilet, drying cabinet and ski shed. The tenant is responsible for cleaning on departure. Best location in beautiful Klövsjö village

Pearl in Sweden's most beautiful village Klövsjö (Vemdalen). Wonderful views from all the windows of the house. Here you relax! Or is active if you want, the options are many both summer and winter. 100+ meters to the lake which also adorns the view. A bunch of garden games are available to borrow. In winter you reach the snowmobile trail directly down on the lake.

The accommodation is ski in ski out, you can easily slide down to the sitting hoist in less than a minute. -Fully a kitchen with a striking view. - Living room with TV and panoramic window. - Two bedrooms each with 2x90 cm beds, brand new. - WC. - Sauna and bathrooms, renovated 2022. - Storage with room for equipment. - Small laundry room. - Pet and smoke free - Age limit - 25 years (children in guardian company are warmly welcome). - Departure cleaning is managed by tenants.

Fantastic newly built mountain cabin for 5 guests, cozy and personal setting. Here you can really enjoy, close to all of Vemdalen's offerings! Short walk, then you slide down on the skis to Skalspasset/Väst Express lift, until evening on the skis all the way to the cabin. Free access to large wood-fired sauna, barbecue & fireplace. Electric car charger! In the summer an excellent starting point for Vemdalen and Härjedalen's fantastic fishing waters/MTB. Liked gem with many returning guests, good pantry and home feel

There is a small rowing boat with motor available on request. Two kayaks available. Åre is located 1.5 hours away and Vemdalen as well as Bydalsfjällen . one hour, which gives access to fantastic excursions all year round. Pets are welcome! Dog farm available. In lovely Hoverberg you can fully enjoy. In the summer you can enjoy a good lunch/dinner in our boat harbor 200m away and also make a visit to Hoverbergstoppen and look at the fantastic view! In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.

House in Älvros Härjedalen with lovely forest

Koppla av med hela familjen/vänner i detta fridfulla boende. Alla årstider är lika mysiga att uppleva. Blåbär, hjorton, paddling, bad, längåkningsskidor, slalombackar, vandring i berg/ längst leder, fotbollsplan, tennisplan. Sitt vid en härlig brasa framför sjön Ljusnan och tilllaga en god gryta eller grilla popcorn. Härligt med snön på vintern. Vill ni vandra/ åka slalom så finns bra backar i Sveg,Vemdalen, Björnriket med flera. Det finns även kajak/cyklar att låna.

Scenic and idyllic location in the forest clearing where you can hear Ljusnan drift further away. 5 Minutes walk to one of Swedens best trout fishing, a little further away, Rånden runs one of Swedens best grayling waters. To the ski resorts Vemdalen, Björnrike and Lofsdalen, it takes just over 30 minutes by car to go. The area is also popular for snowmobiling. Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.
