The apartment was very good for a family of 4. Conveniently located next to the Berlin Wall Memorial, in a quiet area with transportation nearby, as well as a large supermarket and some restaurants. Regarding the layout, the living room and kitchen are on the ground floor and the 2 bedrooms are in the basement. One of the bedrooms overlooks the main street or passes a tram (the tram noise was not disturbing in our case). The second overlooks the back which is very calm. The large bathtub was really a plus after long days of walking! Direct tram from Nordbahnhof main station, and self access to the apartment is extremely easy. We recommend the address!

Natalie was an incredibly kind and lovely host. She was available whenever I needed her and everything went perfect. The place is super clean, pretty designed and I felt at home from the first minute. Everything you need is there and also small cozy elements, such as essential oils. I would definitely stay again in Berlin with her as a host and in this wonderful airbnb! Thank you!!

The apartment is as described. Ulf was a great host. The location is convenient - a 15 minute walk to Pankow train station, several bars and restaurants very close by, as well as having a grocery store nearby.

When we arrived at the apartment, I was immediately a bit annoyed that I only booked it for one night. There is nothing wrong with the accommodation and Frank was also very easily accessible as a host at all times.

Based on the previous reviews, I had already expected a small piece of jewelry. However, my expectations were exceeded. 😇 The apartment is super clean and well furnished. Anne was totally flexible with our arrival time and showed and great. Also the check out was very personal ☺️ A loving care package was provided for our dog. We felt totally comfortable and will definitely be back!

What a beautiful, magical place on a quiet street, surrounded by lakes. Lots of thoughtful touches (house slippers, wood, fire was already burning when we got there, spices and oils etc) kitchen was fully equipped and the atmosphere was just so lovely. Sauna is great :) Thanks for a great weekend!

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Carola's place was a great place to stay. It was extremely walkable to the train and grocery stores, and the neighborhood itself was a nice place to walk around and had a fun playground for kids. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I was a little concerned at first that the kitchen is relatively small and there's no living room -- this might be a bit of a problem if you plan to spend most of your time at the house, but if you're out and about all day, then it's not a problem. There's also a nice outdoor space you could make use of if the weather is nice. Carola herself is great, she was extremely helpful in finding any items we needed to make our stay more comfortable, even tracking down a high chair when we needed one.

Gabriele is a great hostess! Very friendly and proactive communication, clear instructions. The house is very nicely decorated, the beds sleep very well, plenty of towels , complete kitchen, great garden! The only downside was the neighbor's dog. Every night he tore us out of sleep, with his barking.

The weekend at Mirco's loft was great. Mirco welcomed us as a host and gave us a great tour of the AirBnB. There was also nothing about the amenities. We will be happy to come back!

Simon's place was fantastic! The apartment is super cozy and spacious, the location is great, a fantastic neighbourhood and close to any significant sightseeing activities around Berlin Mitte. Simon is a great host, he was very responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime!

Large, bright, cozy apartment furnished in warm colors for immediate well-being. This view of the bay from the living-dining room: stunning. And this tranquility ... Large dining table, well-equipped kitchen (even with espresso powder, which was great as I forgot to shop, in addition to welcome wine and water), most comfortable large sofas of which two, very good mattresses, very spacious bathroom with tub; everything spotlessly clean. Parking in front of the house to choose from. Check-in and checkout easy and secure. Sigrid/Clemens as a host very quickly responsive, clear and extremely friendly. What more could you ask for? Nothing.

Wonderful old building apartment with beautiful, romantic large garden and terrace with wonderful views of the Havel and the Babelsberg park. The location between lakes, parks and villas is idyllic, the transport connection is ideal thanks to the tram and bus at your doorstep. Perfectly located between Potsdam and Berlin-Wannsee, so the apartment is suitable as a starting point for exploring both cities. A basic cleaning would actually actually not be bad, since the apartment is not dirty, but in some places a little dusty (including radiators, cutlery boxes). We would love to come again and highly recommend the apartment! Renate is very nice and so is the communication with her. Great!

Markus and Kristina's apartment is just beautiful! We met for a family reunion this weekend- 4 generations No matter what generation - whether over 80 years old or 16 years old - everyone was thrilled from the first moment! Our very little ones were taken care of as well as the big ones in terms of toys and reading material - we perceived an open heart for children everywhere We would love to come back anytime! Thank you to the whole family!
