Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Klamath River

Amy was a wonderful host, providing super-prompt responses and proactively sharing tips and helpful information. The house is beautiful and in a great location, close to both Eureka and Arcata—as well as great hiking. The house was a perfect “home base” while visiting family for the thanksgiving holiday. While we didn’t have children with us, this would be a great home for kids too—lots of toys, games, and great communal areas. We would love to come back again! Thanks again!

We came up to ski at Shasta Ski Park and enjoy Shasta and Dunsmuir and this place was in a perfect location - minutes to everywhere we wanted to go - and perfectly appointed for cozy nights in after adventuring during the day. The forest surroundings are beautiful, the hot tub was awesome, and the place had everything we needed. Comfy beds too! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert & Ida's. The house was well kept and comfortable. The beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, and the neighborhood was nice. It's also a plus that they let us bring our two small dogs (for the responsible pet owners). Robert & Ida were very responsive to an questions we had. We would definitely look into staying there again if the occasion arises.

This was my families and I second time staying at charity’s place and it was excellent plenty of room for the 8 of us lots of cooking essentials which I appreciate the place was clean and I love how private it is the kids run around freely. It’s also nice that everything is within walking distance to all the stores and restaurants. We will definitely we back for a third time.

I’ve stayed at Hanna and Mark’s place I think three times now and it’s always such a pleasure. Mark is the best host and the house is always so welcoming, clean and cozy. Highest recommendation!

We enjoyed our Christmas stay in the woods with our family and pets. Micheline was very friendly and responsive when we asked to have instructions on using the amazing sauna. She went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of both inside and outside and welcomed us to explore her other cabin, which is a treasure. The location is marvelous and the home is cozy with all of the treasures on display. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at Kirk’s place for Christmas and it was just perfect! The studio was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Fireplace was on for us and we were able to enjoy the amazing hot tub that night. We had a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two beds were beautiful and so comfy! Not your typical hotel style beds but instead soft and luxurious with thick comfy comforter. Shower had a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location is also very quiet and the river access was just lovely. Very kind hosts and super accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A lovely place to stay while visiting Crater Lake. Clean, comfortable, and spacious with everything we needed for our 2 nights there. Beautiful location about 35 minutes from the park, surrounded by grazing fields and Mountain Views. We loved having our morning coffee on the patio watching the cattle in the neighboring field and listening to the birds. About 30 miles from the nearest town with groceries, restaurants, etc. so plan accordingly. Great communication with host. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The overall stay was comfortable and private. While a few issues arose, it was still a pleasant experience.

Tia was a great host! We had a small issue with the thermostat and she was super responsive and fixed the problem. The place was beautiful. We’d love to stay again. Highly recommend. Dick Taylor chocolate & coffee is also <1 minute walk away which is a huge plus 🏠

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Larry's apartment in downtown Arcata. The location was perfect to walk around town, visit the university campus, and get good food and drinks. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed relaxing in front of the fire place with a glass of wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. Larry was very helpful and provided clear instructions and tips to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely stay in Larry's apartment again the next time I visit Arcata.

The photos really don’t do the house and surrounding grounds justice. It’s well appointed, with very comfortable beds and furniture and nice linens. The back deck and view of the river is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The property was country clean, a little dust, a couple bugs, much as you’d expect in the country, but the bathrooms and kitchen, furniture, bed and linens were spotless. I also really liked that they had environmentally friendly supplies in the kitchen and laundry. Host was gracious and welcoming. Also quick to respond if messaged.

Super awesome house! Living area is simple and clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway or staycation. The hot tub and game room were amazing additions.

Wow, this property is stunning! It feels so large when you're there and fits a big group more than comfortably (there were 11 of us). The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The only slight downside to this place is that the location on a hill makes it difficult to go for a run or walk without having a ton of hills to climb, and the closest town Chiloquin leaves a lot to be desired. Klamath Falls and Crater Lake are right nearby though and this made Vinod's house perfect for our needs. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time at Joyce’s gorgeous home. There were 5 adults and 2 children, and the space was perfect for our family gathering. We spent multiple mornings and evenings cooking in the nice, big kitchen. And of course spent evenings outside at the nicely arranged outdoor dinner table. The kids enjoyed walking around the property and swinging on the tire swing below the house. The property is about 20mins from the town but worth the drive for the privacy and quiet. (Bring your bug repellent for the mosquitoes)

Peaceful home. Favor was quick to respond and friendly. The view was awesome. Lastly, I had several powerful breakthrough while staying here. Prayer Is real.

We had an absolutely idyllic 4 day stay at Erin's home. The setting is absolutely stunning. Erin was accommodating and flexible. We were a full 13 adults with another family coming for dinners to celebrate my mother's 100th birthday. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had all we needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast. We would definitely book again in the future.
