The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

The Riverhouse property is 2 1/2 acres on the Wood River in Fort Klamath Oregon. We have large lawns for games. Also spacious decks with picnic tables and BBQ. We have a fire pit . Enjoy great views of the Milky Way and the star filled heavens. We have 4 bikes for guest use. 3 bedroom ranch style house. One bedroom apartment that is our 4th bedroom. We charge $25 per person per night after the first two guests. We also have a $25 per pet fee and a $10 per day electricity fee.
